Those 'crooked' employers are hurting the mexicans too. Why isn't he going after state and federal labor boards for not arresting or at least FINING those goon employers for not giving them labor law things they are SUPPOSED to GIVE US?? If he doesn't, he's clearly getting kick-backs off this evil acts and needs to go to prison HIMSELF!

Our immigration system is broken because people like Gutierrez supports "immigrants" i.e. illegal-aliens who break our immigration laws.

Revise birth registry laws an change birth certificates to include the nationality and immigration status of the parents, give out provisional birth certificates and direct the parents to the appropriate US federal office of DHS, or foreign embassy or consulate where births can be registered, and long form birth certificates and passports obtained.

@borderraven Why wouldn't you support "illegal aliens" as you call them, they are here working their butts off trying to support their families, they are not doing anything bad and of course they are not taking away our jobs, because you know white folks wouldn't do the jobs that this immigrant workers do! And if they did they would not do it at a fast pace like the immigrants do it. I really don't know why is there so much hate between immigrants and citizens, after all we are all humans.

@elperrondetabasco, We are all humans. I'll be a nice human on my side of the border as long as they stay on their side of the border. But, I won't respect them when they cross the border without inspection or stay here illegally. They are welcome to come and work in agriculture jobs, harvest crops, but they need a passport and visa, and the employers need to be held to provide housing, meals, clean water, etc., for the farm workers.
