There's a lot of scene changes on those times, so I'd describe which is which. Rabid are the greenish hued ones, Pandora has the otherworldly red sun and the shirtless Clark. The rooftop scene on the side of the building is from Idol.

I loved Hex, but it did get kinda annoying when Clark kept repeating her name. Overall, that was a good episode though.
