  • I have a Dell GX270 same exact tower as yours in that video. Mine has never given me any problems like that since I've had it. I've seen this problem before at the school I work at because they use these computers. The problem is the capaciters on the motherboard are indead buldging like you said. I would say replace the motherboard if you can, or just take the hard drive out of your GX270 that's giving you problems, go buy a new reliable one, and put your hard drive in that one.
