Go look at Allen Doyle on the senior tour. Same swing and Doyle has won millions on the senior tour. Ugly but repeatable and consistent. It's all about the result.
raymond is absolutely right, you really want feel the swing you want to make before you make it, so already know whats going to happen, I started doing that I've flagged more irons this week than all last year
you don't have to have a good swing to be a single digit handicapper (don't get me wrong, dude's swing is bad) I played with a guy with the most ridiculous swing but chipped and putted so well that he ended up shooting a 74...so you never know...but yeah that swing is pretty bad

I've seen weirder swings with lower handicaps. Never judge a score by a swing.
