@FuzionBranz no, i dont speak. im learning, but my japanese is like less than kindergarden level. you dont need to speak. just go. be adventerous. you only live once. see it all!!! you wont regret 1 second. its an amazing country and the people are probably one of the best on the planet.

I LOVED tokyo, the only thing I found annoying about shibuya was, there is a particular street all the hookers stand on, and all along it when you walk they come up and offer you 'massage' for 10,000 yen.....and they don't take no for an answer, lol

@DJsorama I stayed for 5 days in a decent Shinjuku hotel all expenses included for $2,500. (flight for $1,200 round trip) The conversion rate has gotten worse since then so expect to maybe add a few hundred. It depends how long you plan on staying. For the long term, it's mostly living expenses such as public transportation and food that add up so you have to be careful. Short term, there are tourist and multi-day transportation packages so you just have to do some research.

@DJsorama Hey it ALL depends on what you do. I stayed at borderless house, and then also did wwoofing, so I stayed in japan for 3 months for less than $3000 including flight.

If you stay in a tokyo hotel, and go out and party everynight, it will be much, much more
