@john63ny I love Lilly's spunkiness! She just wears her emotion on her sleeves - including both joy and frustration. I think Jan does a great job of settling her down quickly, and she does listen to him. I think most people that don't like her because she's outspoken and because she U-Turned the cousins (I'm not sure why so many people are so "in love" with the cousins).
