@Juggernautishere How will that help anything? The atrocities that happened to these people should never be forgotten but how does the old "eye for an eye" attitude
help human rights issues such as these? It's not like it can erase any of the pain, and if that's the way to solve issues like these then the Chinese government should watch their backs considering what they're doing in Tibet!
@MrZacao The horrors of Japenese atrocities are well decumented and sick people who try to distort history, like oddballrach are a disgrace to humanity, and evil beyond measure. Whatever their agenda it certainly does not reflect the real nature of the inhumanity of these periods.
Alfred Graf von Schlieffen who was a Staff Officer of the German Army planned the pre-emptive attack to France . It was beginning of WW1. Alexander von Falkenhausen who was a Staff Officer of Nazis planned the pre-emptive attack to Japanese in Shanghai for Chinese dictator Generalissimo Chiang Kai-Shek.
Falkenhausen and Chiang's strategy was to kill working Japanese people in Shanghai in 1937, and was to lure Japan's main army into Shanghai from Japan. Chiang was convinced that he could beat Japan's main army at the fortress in Shanghai . At last Chiang Kai-Shek carried out the invasion with von Falkenhausen in Shanghai Aug. 13th 1937. That was beginning of Sino-Japanese War2.
Definitely, Chinese inhumanity killing ways and means was handed down in Chinese traditionally. In other words, Chinese only could do such a thing cruelly because this was the sort of stunt their ancestor always pulls.
The other nationalities might aren't beyond the conception such as Chinese style. In short, The Nanking Massacre was a created story by Chinese who had killed nonresistance civilians of Japanese and Koreans in the Tungchow Mutiny.
Unmistakably, the Nanking Massacre was based on the Tungchow Mutiny. They took a hint from the mutiny. This is one of evidence shows that the Nanking Massacre was made up story.
The Tungchow Mutiny was a cruel massacre because Chinese killed many nonresistance Japanese and Koreans civilians in Tōngzhōu, China on 29 July 1937.
(Part4)In addition, John Labe hid two Chinese colonels in his house. Two colonels had several trunks with full of money by Tang Sheng Zhi’s order. The Safety Zone members were bought off by Chinese KMT government.
(Part3)He wrote to the German Embassy at Hankow on February 10: “He [Rabe] is still actively trying to counter the bloody excesses of Japanese looters, which have unfortunately increased of late. To my mind, this should not concern us Germans, particularly since one can clearly see that the Chinese, once left to depend solely on the Japanese, immediately fraternize. And as for all these excesses, one hears only one side of it, after all.”
(Part2) Rabe, he was a weapon seller, exaggerated the Japanese Army’s atrocities and requested Hitler to reconsider the alliance with Japan. In short, he strongly resisted the change of policy taken by Hitler. Rabe's anti-Japanese reports had been thought suspicious since then. P. Scharfienberg, the secretary general of the German Embassy to China, who returned to Nanking city on Jan. 9, tried to investigate the fact about 'Japanese Army's atrocities Rabe reported' by himself.
(Part1)About John Labe, he was represented an interest of Siemens in the Chinese munitions industry as a pro-Chinese group, Von Falkenhausen, the head of the military advisory group in China said. According to German historian Gerhard Krebs reported as follow: “Defeated and depressed in WWI, Germany knew that china was a significant trade partner. Germany was able to import raw materials that were indispensable for the postwar reconstruction.”
@roucka It's not pointless. We must learn for histories mistakes lest we repeat them. To understand what happened there. And we do know about it, it's just not taught as much as the Holocaust. Why learn about one Holocaust and not the other. Learning about what the Nazis did didn't make thousands of people hate germans just Nazi ideology. The same applies to this movie. It's explaining a part in history the world forgot was important. Hate the prejudice not the people
@roucka Well if you’re going to use that argument then Schindler's list must have caused Millions of Jews to hate regular German people of today. The problem with that argument is that they didn't. Dances with Wolves didn't caused thousands of Native Americans to hate white people of today either. This movie is making note of an atrocity that is often over looked in the 30's and 40's because of what happened in Europe. I don't think it will cause any rational Chinese person to hate the Japanese
@roucka Why would you hate this movie? This movie shows truth, it shows a part of history that Japan has been trying to cover up. The Japanese people are not at fault, it is the fault of the Japanese government.
Seems like they're leaving out the mass rape and creative murder (like burying people up to their waists in the ground and letting ravenous dogs tear them apart).

Civilian's murder doesn't exist in Nanjing.
There is evidence because it is a fact.
However, evidence that there was something doesn't exist.
There is evidence that China slaughtered the Japanese.
There is no evidence in the lie of China.

The 2500 japanese Military Personnel were attacked by 50,000 to 100,000Chinese.
That is why we fought back. That is why the war started.
We didn't invade them.
We are not taught these things,so we have forgotten them.
Right now the Chinese Communist Party wants to control east asia.
To do this, they must contain japan. They must get their people to believe japan attacked China, that japan is the enemy.

One of these policies is using historical issues as a diplomatic weapon.
Also,Frank Capra's movie was released. The story was about Japan conquering the world.
This is not true. The Japanese Army was not in SHANGHAI.
The Japanese,American,British, and French militaries were in Shanghai.
The American military numbered 2750.
The British numbered 2550 and the japanese numbered 2500.
