the TV extra would constanly repeat segments of shows for hours on end! i was so pissed! its not worth $9.99! this phone and service sucks major dick! just buy the damn iphone and stop wastin ur cash!
i did all the above as far as updates prl. it did very little to help. Tech support had to refund me for TV extra, it didnt play well in my state. dont buy it, its not worth ur money!
Kevinsong: I would suggest going to settings and try updating your data profile and prl under general. Doing this every so often should help (it definitely can't hurt.) Also make sure your software is up-to-date by selecting "update software."
okay you can fix that a bit.. you have to access your data options through some codes and you need your msl # but you just change the buffer time. Any questions shoot me a message

double arrows= EV-DO, single arrows means you're using regular data services.
