Why would the scissors have to be sterile to cut the draping if you already cut the foam with unsterile scissors? The rest of the procedure is clean not sterile right?

I will be having this done on my ankle soon after being hit by a speedboat in my kayak.Can't say I'm looking forward to it very much.
