Fighting to protect something you care about (your country, people) is an honorable thing to do. Calling someone who shoots "unarmed kids" a "true warrior is just stupid beyond words...A soldier offers his time to his country to defend it against those who would harm or endanger it's people. I read this Book, I found it to be very Biased. I also found the Authors Theory that Eric & Dylan did it becasue they felt "The gun is a more exceptable response out West" rediculous. Read Dave Cullens Book on the subject as well. It's very First Person & interesting.

I know how bullying goes. It happened mostly on the bus for me, when I moved to my new school, fortunately a lot of people there didn't bully people. People I expected to pick on me didn't, they became my friends.

you're exactly right...they lost touch with reality, and the line between fantasy as action was erased and they committed a horrid act, and from the accounts of other kids...they did so smiling and thought of themselves as martyrs. now, what's important is figuring out what lead to this and try to prevent this from ever happening again. there are probably still some kids alive today that feel guilty for pushing these boys to no return...that must stop, we can't continue on this path of bullying

ya there needs to be a specific organization for releaf to kids subjected to bullying and being different which it isnt a bad thing to be different. I think these kids had a mental problem and i think as a parent and teacher it is their job to identify these problems and get them help. The made videos diary input etc and their parent didnt find it along with their gun they had. Im not blaming anyone but its something to think about. overall schools need better secuirity
