  • @I3awI3ag as an aracnidphobic it unfortinatly doesent balence out for me because i fear everything about them (sorry for gramma)

  • Comment removed

  • Dam an I thought my Rosie was Evil. I got a Video of her eating a Mouse that's pretty kick ass. Should check it out. My Rosie killed and ate my Emp. Scorpion

  • OH she is very Hungry

  • Mine is nice. It probably thinks you are offering it food.

  • that is a completely jackass thing to do. I've owned a few Rose Hairs before. It was obvious she was hungry. stop poking the poor thing with tweezers.

  • She's just pissy, like "RARRRGHH FUCK YOU DON'T TOUCH ME." Nevertheless, even if they're risky to hold, I'd love to get a tarantula. They're entertaining to at least look at.

  • pepperspray your spider

  • Mine is a sweetie! I can curl her up inside my hand, she sits on my shoulder while I'm on FB, the 4 year old and other kids in the neighborhood love her and hold her. I will admit if I don't hold her often enough, she gets a little feisty.

  • do you handle her

  • by rose hair do you mean a Grammostola rosea ??

  • btw what trype of bug did you feed her?

  • holy hell! My baby brachypelma smithi is slowly becoming gentler. ...let's just hope he doesn't turn out like this one day!! Damn!

  • I think it needs a hug.

  • Reminds me of my Rose, when she's hungry :) Yesterday i threw five crickets right in front of her at the same time. She got four of them and kept them under her fangs :P

  • Man imagine if that had been your finger!!! My tarantula is very gentle so she doesn't care if i touch her.

  • she si going to break her fangs on those

  • It was aggressive because that's what happens when you don't feed her, n00b.

  • moja taki sam morderca ;D sweet ;)

  • Does she attack the tongs because she is used to being hand fed by you?

  • Very Nice Video!!

My Rosea was that aggressive too when shes Hungry :-]

  • IT IS ABSOLUTELY STARVING HUNGGGRRRYYYY THAT IS WHY.

LOOK AT THE SIZE OF IT'S ABDOMEN, SHOULD BE TWICE THE SIZE DUDE!

    IS IT STILL ALIVE?

    ;)

  • what kinda bug was that

  • That's what happens why you buy the lamest pet ever

  • @topsy420 thats an opinion, but you are trying to make it sound like a fact. they are very entertaining to watch and look at even if you dont hold them

  • @topsy420 the lamest fyi i am a reptile collector and i own 8 reptiles including a tarantula and they are not lame go get a life and stop playing with hamsters

  • @blackopsvideos5000

Yeah well I have a dog. Go figure I don't like soulless, mindless pets.

  • @topsy420 have one two but dont call them mindless when i throw my venomous tarantula on your face and she bites you

  • @topsy420 I'm guessing you've never owned one in your life. I've only had mine for about a week and I can tell you that they have just as much personality as any dog does. It's not the same type of relationship though. Your dog will love you, I'm not sure a tarantula can even feel that. But the mutual respect is what makes them great pets. They're dangerous animals, just like us. I fear her bite and her urticating hair, but she fears my size and strength. It balances out.

  • @topsy420 And I don't think it's fair to call them soulless and mindless just because they prefer to be alone. It's just the way they are. Who are we to question the behaviour of something that has been around for hundreds of millions of years? It's kept them alive this long. And whilst it's maybe not necessary when they're being kept in captivity, after the run they've had they're not likely to ever shake those instincts.

  • and then people wonder why I don't pick up tarantulas.

  • Wow!!! My rose hair is really nice..but a little skiddish.

  • i think its hungry...

  • I think that's pretty kick ass. Have you tried to handle him? My Rose will attack the tweezers but not my hand. At least not yet. Of course mine doesn't go all out like that haha.

  • wow thats dumb good way to fuck up her fangs

  • @wombraider281 It really wouldn't. Her fangs would slide off, not break.

  • Poor girl, she's skinny! Someone needs to feed her...

  • wow hes aggressive! mine is a sweety.

  • Damn nature! You scary!

  • maybe it's so angry dealing with your phone vibrating all the time

  • Fly 1:18 :put me down put me the fuck down *sees tarantula*...WHAT THE FUCK IS THAT? BRING ME UP BRING ME UP!!!

  • @emily2k111 Ahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahah

  • Have u held it at all

  • она просто голодная

  • Wow, that IS agressive for a G.Rosea, she isnt pregnant at all is she?

  • imagine if that was ur finger.. O.O

  • Im also surprised how the fangs can spread that far apart

  • thats fuckin vicious!

  • what is that you're feedin it?

  • dude she is stressed!

  • Wow...reminds of my Salmon Rump, She is a monster.

  • Lil shit. My is like that, too. It won't eat from tongs, it just attacks them and ignores the food.

  • try with mouse :D

  • @Olynth1000 Not a good idea mate...

  • The reason why it does that it's because your feeding it like that. It's mean cuz it's used to food getting it that way and of course hand goes in cage same was as food does hand becomes food :/ lol

  • You can feed them wild bugs

  • I have had Clare my rose hair for years and she has never attacked anything like that other then her prey like that , and that looks a bit to big and mis colored to be a rose hair i could be wrong

  • at 1:16 the bug was like: "yeah!, im finaly free!" *2 seconds later* " PUT ME BACK IN THERES A HUGE SIPER!!!

    AGHHHH!!!

    *HART ATTACK*

    *gets killed*

    then the spider thinks

    "damm daw', Umad??"

  • ew die die die die die

  • Are you sure its not just hungry?

Spiders tend not to hang on to something they are just defending themselves from, they simply nip them and scamper back, readying for another bite if need be.

  • I got one today!!!!!! He's really nice!!!!

  • can u feed it wild bugs plz respond

  • @chivaskyogre I wouldn't recommend it, some wild bugs eat grass that's been treated with pesticides which can make your spider sick. If you want your spider to stay happy and healthy it's best to feed them "loaded" crickets or roaches, by that I mean feeding the bugs proper nutrients so your spider can have all the vitamins it needs. :D

  • @chivaskyogre You can, but I generally don't feed my spiders wild caught bugs and things just in case they're carrying something. Not likely, but just a precaution.

  • wow thats violent

  • Rosies are a very moody Tarantula. They can be fine and docile one minute then act like yours does the next. I have a Mexican Red Knee that's mean like this Rosie. That species is supposed to be very docile as well. My female red knee loves everyone and can be handled with no problem but the male doesn't want anything to do with anyone. Some spider's are just very defensive I suppose, even the docile ones.

  • lol Everytime I hold my Rose Hair I start thinking about this video and start sweating like crazy.

  • yeah wow... i would not hold her

  • dang i would be please but yet scared to own such a fearsome Tarantula...lol

  • if u hold it a lot and let it walk around on u alot she will get to know u. I had one and she became calm and sweet. She only bit 3 times in her hole life. But if u ceep poking her like that , u will never get her tamed. SORRY FOR MY ENGLISH!! FROM NORWAY!!

  • @annkolv no need to apologize. Thats the BEST English I've seen by MOST foreigners. I understood it perfectly

  • my chilean rose is also acting this way now unlike when i first have him - he was calm and docile... I don't know why the change in his character.

  • @yomkemewana my chilean rose molted today!!! yahooo... he's an inch bigger now! :)

  • lol...bro where'd u get a moth from

  • man shes evil...is that a regular rose hair? I thought rose hairs are suppose to be on the docile side

  • @doublejayjones my rose hair is bipolar one day she will let me pick her up...the next she shows a threat display if a hair lands next to her.

  • i checked my phone twice then i realized it was yours lol

  • @BujinTV me did to lol

  • You don't need to sex something that aggressive. You'll never see that much anger in a man.

  • That is not normal for this species

  • They say 1 out of 1,000 Rose Tarantula will act defensive. So I would say this is deff a "Look but don't touch" pet.

  • Aww, maybe she was just hungry. Lol

  • my brachypelma albopilosum is evil too :D

  • put something in there bro where your tarantula can hid shes gonna feel more secure then

  • She was hungry thats why bites like that. Defensive or aggression bites doesnt look like that

  • yo i just got a rose hair and shes a sweet hart know any facts like set up and shit i was thankn of given her my hissing cockroach what you thank yes no get at me let me know

  • My Chilean rose is the sweetest thing in the world. She never gets defensive, but she has an excellent feeding response.

My Mexican Red-Knee, however, is a total b*tch just like your G.rosea. I agree with the "Best pet tarantula, my ass" comment. I've said the same about my B.smithi so many times, lol.

  • i said i wanted a tarantula for my birthday, i changed my mind :/

  • @o0bassist0o dude, they're absolutally amazing pets:) i'm with my very first and it's pretty cool to watch her change her home, eat, and grow. you just learn while you own one...my worst fear is being bitten. good luck!

  • Wow, thats amazing to see such aggressiveness in a "pet"!!! Man, I guess you could never handle that type of tarantula and would need EXTREME caution when cleaning the cage,,,etc. That was amazing. What would be the safest tarantula to have as a pet,,, one that would never bite you?

  • Once inna while you get a bitchy non-docile Rose Hair...

  • Is it usual for a rosea to act like this...? i'm about to get one but i still wanna be able to get her out and so...

  • KILL IT WITH FIRE BEFORE IT LAYS EGGS!!!

  • I own a Mexican red knee, and had it for 3 days. Still young, and nervous of her new home like all new spiders. She's my first, her first instinct when my hand went in her tank, she kicked her abdomen...still does it when I gently rub her back legs and she kicks. Haha. My first T ever...and I wouldn't call it arachnaphobia for me cause I actually have it and fees her etc... But I'm scared if she will bite me...:/ that's my biggest fear is being bitten. I searched all over to find their bites bu

  • @DrummerRobby300 Apparantly the tarantula bite is no worse than a bee sting. So if you are bitten, just wash it in soap and water to ease the swelling. If it hurts a lot, try an ice pack. Their venom is weak so you are very unlikely to have severe reactions to their bites.

  • @Flakygal thank you:) i researched. i've had many bee stings, but i am aware that spiders do different reactions to venom can be painful. but weak. thanks for the reply:)

  • I've got Arachnophobia and I'm proud of myself watching this THING!

  • Pet tarantula my ass rofl

  • Mine does act like that, too XD

  • I have a Rose Hair too, but I don't know what the gender is as of yet. I'm too timid to to try to handle it, cause it seems timid right now.

  • @ninjanekogurl most likely is a female because pet stores and breeders dont sell males because they only live for a few years where as females live decades. as for the gender, i will message you a link to a website where you cand get help figuring that out or post a pic for others to tell you. i was timid at first to handle mine too but now i am quite comfortable with it

  • i jus got a greenbottle blue, plan on getting a singapore blue too... beautiful spiders

  • The bug:put me down this instant (puts inside with tarantula) the bug:no ii dont mean in here ahhhhhhh

  • i thought g rosea is not agressive ?? :(

  • @angelooo12 they usually are but all people have different temperments right? they are known to be very doscile but there can be that one random one that isnt. i was quite surprised to sea how aggressive this one was too

  • Evil but couldnt survive a size 11 boot up its hairy ass

  • Thing is,Rose Tarantulas Dont bite, they flick sharp hairs off that irritate the skin...

  • @mikeyspikey123456789 umm yes they do bite.. and most of them do flick hairs which if went into the eye can blind you

  • hope she won't break her fangs with that metal twizzers... :)

  • Next to my OBT, my G. rosea is the most aggressive of all my 21 tarantulas. She's really pretty though:) It seems to be hit or miss with them!

  • Lol at 1:18 "Hey put me down put me down *sees tarantula* "TAKE ME UP TAKE ME UPP"

  • @emily2k111 hahaha

  • She doesn't break her fangs on the knife does she?

  • its hungry i have 2 rcfs and 2 traditional They may be bitey but are so slow that they can be out smarted 99% of the time.

  • UGH. Im so conflicted!! i want a tarantula so much but im seeing all the fucking videos saying their awfully mean and some that say their nice >:/' im confused!

  • @NekkroQu33n Different types of tarantulas have various degrees of aggression.

You can't just buy a tarantula without first doing research on how to properly take care of one.

  • @ManiaKnightSteam Thats such bullshit because every video ive seen on here say that their mean, but when i did my research which i did! they said they were calm?" Unless YouTube is a bunch of morons purposely making these spiders mad then idont know...

  • @NekkroQu33n Then you're not looking hard enough. It sounds like the only research you did was from comments on YouTube.

  • @ManiaKnightSteam LOL okay first of all i asked a question, that was it.. i didnt expect to get fucking judged,

I JUST said when i did research that they say this particular one in the video is calm and then i came on here to get a life view of the thing and everyone says their mean, excuse me by wanting personal experiences as well.If you have nothing informative to say then stop commenting me.

  • @NekkroQu33n Immature, over dramatic idiot. I sincerely hope you never pass your genes on.

  • @ManiaKnightSteam *big yawn*

  • 1 of 1000 roseas are evil... I#m so glad i've got one of the other 999...

  • @Maluco1988

Probably more are evil than nice

  • @CyborgEffects Proper English please.

  • @badleatherlad

I used English mate can't you read? And I bet you also took time and care to spell that correctly..

  • @CyborgEffects I'm just being provoking matey :) But no, I've never needed to take time and care over my written English. I'm naturally brilliant.

    I do so pity dim-witted, semi-literate plodders......

  • Is he/she poisonous ?

And in background inaudible hum, is this spider or your telephone ? :D

  • it seems to be hungry , thats why . just take a look at it's abdomen , :)

that what happens when tarantulas get hungry . haha

  • wow jack the ripper reincarnated

  • are you sure it's not just a feeding reaction?

  • I'd be evil too if I had tweezers rammed in my face

  • Dude, you're kind of an asshole for purposely pissing her off.

  • imagine ur finger touching that leg right now...Gosh so fierce, Nice!

  • wow lol..arnt they suppose to be the nicest species of tartants haha

  • Tarantulas are pussies no joke. I've got a Chilean rose hair and that things a big ol puss stain. I can pet him and drive with him crawling on me. Big ole Harry poofster what I shoulda name him. Cool pets though, you have to be calm and it's zen like. Of course it crawls to the center of your back, you forget and something itches, you go to itch and a goddamn tarantula starts crawling up your ear. Awesome

  • Reminds me of my ex

  • really? remind me mine too ( may be they are relatives)

  • she's an awesome t!!! but you shouldnt wind her up really

  • My rose hair is a good girl. She lets me hold her even when she's stressed and doesn't say boo about it. Probably because I take good care of her and don't mess with her when she's telling me to buzz off.

  • would you mind looking at mine by clicking my channel and telling me how old you think she is... i have had here for a few months, but shes nice unlike yours haha. im waiting for her to molt

  • i have one just like that, thank god she isnt evil! lol

  • Maybe she is evil because you're poking her w/ something, proding her to bite. If you continue to do that, she'll just bite anything that comes near her. You're harassing her. Good job on being a terrible pet owner. You should have her taken away from you.

  • @casstration

Honestly, Tarantula's are just born this way with members being highly aggressive or very docile. They don't really change over time either. My friend's rose hair is very aggressive (probably not as bad as this one though) and will grab onto anything that comes close. My rose hair on the other hand, doesn't mind contact at all. If you consider brushing her hairs with an inanimate object to be abuse, then you might as well throw me in jail for life.

  • Man, my tarantula Rosie is the most docile lady ever. She'll just chill on my shoulder while we watch tv.

  • Shes mean.. I woulda been sad if my tarantula wouldnt let me touch her at all :/

  • 1:24 "MINE! BITCH!" lol

  • i just got one of these things today she is pretty cool, her name is rosie, any tips on taking good care of her?

  • I've always been fascinated by how the fight/flight response in spiders is so different, even within the same family. It would make for an interesting study of how environment and other selection pressures forced the evolution of one behaviour or the other.

  • i have one her name is charlotte

  • Dudee! shes furosious..like mine xD i totally dont believe they make good beginner pets, there lil physco's and i would sooner handle my pokie rather than my rosie.

  • I have an adult female RCF rosie aswell and she is a total bitch, ALL the time.

  • im getting a chile rose hair soon :) how long does it take them to get to this size ?

  • Dang lol mines not like that he just sits on my arm but I don't underestimate them

  • Woah he is pissed

  • can tarantulas always be aggressive like iv had my rose hair for about a month most of the time its docile but every now and again it turns crazy can she loose this ???

  • SHE IS EVIL!!!!!!!LIKE MY FEMALE EMPEROR SCORPION

  • that's pretty damn mean for a rose tarantula :p

  • At the end of the video if you look directly at the center of the spider on the picture it looks like the leg is out on youre screen like a 3d kinda thing :D

  • My family had one(a rose hair) when I was a kid and we could hold her no problem. I got a large female recently of the same species and she's just as evil as yours. She tries to attack the water that I pour into her water bowl! I named her GLaDOS, cause she's big and angry.

  • WOW! I have three of them, but none are that aggressive....I hold all of them from time to time, but DAMN! Your beauty is the fiestiest rosey I've EVER seen!!

  • Is this brachypelma vagans - male sex?

  • haha wow...I had one of these for like 12 years and man, she was so cool...nothing at all like this one...I held her from time to time with no problem at all

so I'm guessing it's not just when shes hungry...she just likes to rumble

  • i just got one today

  • Fuck me, I thought tarantulas are supposed to be friendly?

  • @Derekp24 Hahaha- HELL no. :D

  • "Shiny metal thing! My favorite! RAWR omnomonomnomnom"

  • He/she/ spider is sooooooo cool!! thanks for posting!! X3

  • 2 years ago today I posted this video, she is still mean as ever! haha almost 100k views!

  • @projecht65 damn glad i didn't go with a rosehair lol seen a couple vids with ppl talking about mean rosehair Ts

  • dammnnn
