I think Chuck explained it plain and simple. Neither Obama nor McCain have the experience and I agree I wouldn't want either of them in the white house. Can't argue with that.
Why would anyone care what Chuck Norris says about politics. Sure he's great at martial arts but why would anyone base their opinions on what an actor says. Why not interview judges or teachers or single moms rather than a rich tv star.
Because no one would care to see what an ordinary citizen would have to say regarding the election or politics in general. But when a rich movie star or anyone famous in general has a word in it, it gets peoples attention and in this case everyone knows Chuck Norris is a badass Martial artist and actor so therefore people(some) are interested in his opinion for that cause. News channels earn their money this way, they want people to watch their programs.
It's the same for those commercials that air on TV every now and then where hired actors talk to the public about voting such as the don't vote commercial that's going around. Why use movies star's rather than ordinary working class citizens? Because people respond to their opinions and take their word since many people consider them superior than themselves. Such as a person who's obsessed with some actor, if he/she tells the public to do something some people will listen.
Chuck was a hero in the 80s. He comes off so ignorant in this interview. Has nothing intelligent to say, just blah blah, liberal, liberal, liberal... - he should stick to martial arts.
dude he knows plenty about politics, he even has his own article on world net daily where all he does is talk about politics, he's just a bad public speaker

Who cares what Chuck Norris thinks about politics? I'd much rather hear Adam West's opinion.
