It's chinese but that main chorus is changed to bupa bupa bupala meaning "not afriad not afraid/not scared". My chinese isn't awesome but from listening to the chinese version and reading the english translation of the two different romanian versions (ozone and haiducii) the translations don't match (the two romanian ones don't match themselves either).
