  • thanks for posting this he was amazing!!!!!!!!! RIP Stevie!!

  • el mejor , simplemente el mejor ...la puta que lo pario porque no se murio eric clapton la concha de su madre!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • This is the most underrated SRV song, and the best version of it for sure!

    R.I.P master :(

  • He does not look sober

  • 2:02 .listen .look at him. he IS the blues

  • Beautiful

  • @MBSRV I think it might be better to have the title read Tin Pan Alley -> Dirty Pool, like the Dead did to show the transition to another song.

  • if you don't chills up and down your spine while listening to him play and sing, you have no pulse and no heart, man you're dead!

  • Dear uploader, I think you meant Tin Pan Alley (the roughest place in town). Dirty Pool is a different song. No offense.

  • @Ojoe2010 srv switches it up at the end of the second part. He changes keyes and ends it with the lyrics of dirty pool.

  • I have always wondered why he plays TPA with this custom white strat ,with lipstick pickups. i guess it gives a more mid-range tone ,and less output than a stock single coil. I dunno but i just think that the raw emotion he gived here is suited better to his #1

  • @joeknee4767 I think the lipstick pickups give a really nice sparkling honky tone. That jangle really opens it up.

  • @anadryantontine Hell yeah! Them pickups sound good on a Tele and a Danelectro too! I love the fuck out of 'em, myself.

  • my god... If i could play with the same feeling!!

  • @eliteslayer66 Feeling? Oh, c'mon, I wish I was skillful as SRV

  • @aledobretociastko feeling > skill ... skill + feeling = SRV = godlike

  • @bouwmr In my opinion it's all about creativity. It's even more important than feeling or technical skill. That's why I admire Hendrix the most... just like SRV.

  • @aledobretociastko no, have to disagree when it comes to the blues. playing from the heart is the most important factor than being creative, though Hendrix was beyond creative, he was innovative and set the bar for guitar playing creativity. stevie's music came from the texas and chicago blues, jimi's came from Venus!!!

  • @BLUESMANRONCHICAGO First of all, I love blues. Okay, when it comes to playing it - it's very specific, you really have to feel it. But, in general, when you creating music - creativity is the most important thing and the thing I always appreciate and admire the most. I love blues, but it's not the only one kind of music I enjoy listening to. And you have to admit it - it's pretty restrictive form. But hey, you've written enough - and sometimes I just dream of visiting that Venus.

  • @aledobretociastko do agree, blues is somewhat restricted, but i love the emotion blues has in it's songs, like Stormy Monday, Sky is Crying, How Many More Years, Mannish Boy, could go on and on. Yes, Jimi was extremely creative, so were the Moody blues. Enjoy those types of bands, guess it's why i love Pink floyd

  • @eliteslayer66 hello, me too, only have a little touch of his talent and his felling ! My god ...

  • Can you please repost because its not playing

  • @ChainsofAlic3 ?????????? You a lil bitch

  • Nice Jam Thx This Is Going To The Faves

  • No one does TPA like Stevie. Just increible. He was really smokin this night in Japan. Love you sweet Stevie!
