I don't get the story with Richard? Why did Jane and Sydney buried Richard for?

@DevaneeIn Richard raped Jane. By the time she was ready to press charges, it was too late. No evidence, my word against yours, etc.  So Jane blackmailed Sydney into helping her kill Richard (Sydney had drugged Jane's drink a few months earlier).

Syd emptied the bullets, because she didn't want Jane to commit murder. Richard tried to rape Jane against after he realized there were no bullets in the gun. Syd hit him with a shovel. They buried him, but he was still alive.

OMG, you are awesome to have put these videos together!!! I started getting back into Melrose this week after discovering my old episodes on video. I only have the last 3 episodes of season 3 (starting with Jake recovering from the shooting thanks to Jess), up to the episode where Brooke drowns. Am so excited about buying them all on dvd... am discovering Melrose all over again!! Love your work!!

After Kimberly died, the show got so much worse. She was like the heart of Melrose Place (the evil heart perhaps) But you could always expect the unexpected with her, afterwards, not so much.

I totally agree! The only sopas I've ever watched and liked are: "The O.C.", "Beverly Hills 90210", & "Melrose Place". These other shows now days are too weak and lack good characters, acting, and storylines

Kimberly's death was the most tragic. I can't imagine being a parent and having to hold my dead child in my arms after watching them die. Richard's death was the most creepy. Especially with his hand shooting up from the grave.

I HATE that Alycia died. She was such a GREAT foil for Amanda and she shouldve stayed on the cast. I remember when i first saw her knock Bobby out of the window with the golf club...i was like "dammnnn" LOL!

yeah, i think Melrose Place killed some people off who shouldn't have died. Alycia was a very good character, they could have done more with her.

also, Sydney's death was so unnecessary.

I most definately agree with the both of you. Today there's nothing on TV but reality shows and Desperate Housewives, which is nothing but bullshit! The "so-called nighttime soaps" they have now like Gossip Girl and One Tree Hill need to juice up their storylines. They're all so watered down!

You should have Kimberly's first death in a part three since there are PLENTY of more deaths to do.

There really weren't that many deaths aside from the ones in this vids. Kimberly's first "death" wasn't a death at all. In fact, I can't think of any other deaths on this show - except for the helicopter pilot in the season 6 crash, but that was a pretty cheap scene.
