Some poeple get lucky and get the faster ones and some aren't so lucky and get lemons or slow ones. Fortunately, I got one of the faster ones out there. How do I know that? Ask the DNR Warden that tried to catch up to me XD. He had a great angle on me (on a frozen, wide open lake) and was doing 105 and was barely gaining until I slowed down. I have a YFZ and when it was stock i was able to get to 82mph(budy is a cop and he used his radar). As for the Predator a.k.a. POS; wouldnt touch a YFZ, KTM, TRX, LTR, but could be close on the KFX.

Sure, keep thinking that. type it in in the search bar. a pred will beat a kfx and trx, and they are right with a ltr and yfz. also, they may not be in anywhere near the same league, but don't underestimate a brute force, those fuckers will haul ass for a big utility. btw, look at the vid again. I don't know haw many damn times I have to say it. WHEN THE SPEEDO OF THE CAR SAYS 80, THE CAMERA PANS UP, AND YOU CAN CLEARLY SEE IT'S RUNNING THE QUAD DOWN.

Brutes are bad ass machines, don't underestimate them. They're not the most reliable machines, but they've got a lot of power. The sportmans have always had a lot of power. My grandpa used to have a 700 v-twin and that thing would move. He ended up selling it because it was too loud for a hunting bike. That's a huge downside to the sportsmans. They're loud as hell stock, and a lot of people don't want that. Nothing wrong if you want to make it loud, but having it loud to begin with sucks.

lol. he must have had a bigger rear sprocket than stock then. mine is five teeth up from stock and it does 55, but it is screaming. If i would put 5 teeth down from stock i bet i could hit 70. it all depends how you got it set up.

i think its the opposite. if yu go up 5 teeth yu have higher speed.but if yu go down 5 it has better acceleration. isnt it that way?

nope. if the back sprocket is smaller, it is spinning closer to the speed of the front sprocket, which translates to higher top end speeds. A larger sprocket means that it is spinning farther away from the front sprocket, so it has better low end, but not the speed.

um no theres no 4 wheeler stock that does 92mph. Lmfao thats funny how you think that. when one of your friends passes you and thier doign 92 thats not you doing 92mph. #1 a yfz or any 4 wheeler for that matter needs a wind screen lowered street tires and more to hit even 100. And with the 38 rear sprocket and front 13 tooth front you wont hit 92.

Ill tell you right now my piped 04 yfz wont do 80. Its geared 1 tooth lower than stock (13 front) and it does around 63. Probably over 70 if I geared it stock and put the 20'' tires back on.

1.) car pacing is the most inaccurate way to measure speed.
2.) it only did 80 to catch up. in reality he was prob doing about 72-75
come on.
give me a mile head start and i could make a 250 trailblazer look like its doing 75.

i just looked at these comments about 660s beating 450s stock for stock BULL SHIT!! i have an 08 yfz and my dad has an 04 660. Mines bone stock i just have the baffle out(if that counts), his raptor has a kn airfilter its also piped and jetted and everytime i race him i smoke him on bottom end but he gets me on top but not by too much so how the fuck can you say stock for stock a 660 will beat a yfz
