@naynay101hotdog agreed. He did terrible clutch dumps on 1-3 but into 4th he did good. I can do way better because I do do way better on a daily basis. It's not difficult to do quick smooth shifts, or even double clutching for that matter. But double clutching only does any good on the 1-2 shift at over 8,000 RPM, otherwise, hold the clutch till the gear revs are synced.

i Have a 2004 Rx8 and i was wondering whent he flame like that comes out the back of the exhaust what does that mean? like is that bad or your going fast?

@KatonicProductions its just unburnt fuel. the throttle closed a split second b4 the injectors stoped so more fuel than air is sent through the motor and cant be burnt. and when the unburnt fuel gets out the exhaust it hits the fresh air and ignites. this will only happen with a REALLY free flowing exhause system, or rich A/F mix. this rx-8 im sure has both.

I think it would depend on youe goals. Correct me if I'm wrong, but I believe S/C would be good for easy power, more power in the lower RPM, relaibility, and an easier installation. S/C would probley be better in hotter places since a S/C in not effected by heat as much from a turbo since the S/C runs off of the engine. Turbo is better for more power, but it has alot of extra stuff to install, and sometimes might not last long if not properly taken care of. Anyone else would like to chime in?

In my opinion it would be a supercharger. The rx8's lack alot of power at the low end but rape the high end so thats what i am putting on my '04 Rx8

@silfocus84 Vash hit it on the head... Turbo is great for all our power at Hi-RPM but you have to worry about boost spikes, over boosting, Boost Creep And a good tune cause Rotary's are picky about the tuning they receive. S/C is is Great for the low end power...

You also admit the 330 is faster, with a top speed of 155 (electronically limted) vs 145 for the RX8.

And yes, the 330 is definitely comparable in cornering.

Actually all RX-8 DO NOT shoot flames. The only RX-8's you see shooting flames are cat-less, usually running upgraded "cat-back" as well. So if you have a cat or even a high-flow cat, don't get your hopes up :)
