Get Published! Book Publishing for Self Publishing Authors

@AZstarwatcher oh so like when i go on lulu.com there are links to formatting a book? could i do this all by myself? or do i need someone else...i know i need an editor cuz as much as i edit it myself i know that its not as perfect as it can be. than u for replying to me:)

@coolysteph You can hire an editor on lulu.com but don't have to. All you do is format a book, convert to PDF and send the file. There are tutorials on YouTube on how to do this.

i like this...how can i get on board? i wrote a book and for more than a year now ive been trying to get an agent to like it but they dont...ive gotten over 130 rejections and i really wanna it published...not even for the money...but as a voice to young victims of abuse......how much does this cost? do you do the editing? or just printing? do you sell it out too?

@coolysteph Wow...this sounds important. My first book took a year and some months to get a publisher. He was a lazy azz. My third was done through Lulu and Amazon. Have you thought about formatting a Word doc for Lulu? It's much easier.

@solidust23 It was only published three months ago. Too soon to say. What I can say is that it already beats my experience with a traditional publisher (the lazy ass, lol).
