@nascarfan789 Well lets see: They drive in a circle 250 times. It's called "stock" car racing, yet the cars are not even close to stock, and don't look anything like what you can buy. I honestly don't see how racing in NASCAR takes any more skill than driving to school or work. Now, take rally racing for example: The cars at least look like what you can buy off the lot. Drive a lap on a 2.6 mile oval at 190-200 MPH then talk shit about skill. I'm not a big fan of NASCAR either but I won't say there is no skill involved. For the record I enjoy all styles of racing. I even went to the first USA Gran Prix at indianapolis.. left half way through because a 10+ second lead does not spell excitement to me.
Although it really does require skill, those cars are the worst designed cars ever made to race. There made to drive to the grocery store and back not race.

If people gave a rats about motorcycle racing it would be on TV more often don't you think? You think that's speed channel's fault?? Let's replace all the stock car racing with motorcycle SHIT and then watch Speed Channel run out of money and go off the air because nobody would watch the fucking channel! You know, Speed was great when they had diverse racing coverage, but it can only last so long before advertisers complain that they are not getting their moneys worth. Who's to blame?
