  • I think both are exceptional! I reviewed both and i rank them as the 2 must-have primers...read it at janellelora.blogspot.com

  • great review! I just purchased the TFSI for only $9 on Ebay! What kind of foundation are you using in this video btw?

  • What eyeshadow did u use? Its really pretty

  • You're gorgeous!

  • I have been using Too Faced for years and I love it!

  • your make up looks gorgeous! love itt!

  • your makeup looks fab!

  • thx :D that helped me a lot! I will buy the too faced primer :)

  • your makeup is amazing :)

  • Thank you for this video! It is very informative!! =)

  • i love your eye makeup!

  • your eyeshadow looks beautiful. looks great on you

  • Holy crap your eye makeup looks gorgeous on you!

  • Since you have done this video a while ago... do you still use these primers and your opinios is still the same? I want to buy one of these and I am still not sure, cause i heard there is oil in the too faced. Thanks

  • Urban Decay doesn't test on animals ever and most products are vegan... no animal by products in the ingredients.

  • I was sooo disapointed when i bought urban decay, i got an old one or something cause it was all dried out but i thought that was the way it was supposed to be, so i realized too late. It was still amazing tho xD

  • 5 stars for your boyfriend in the backround! lol nice video, you convinced me to buy the too faced insurance!

  • U have beautiful eyes!

I know that UDPP does not test on animals, n was wondering if Too Faced does. Can anyone give me an answer please :)

  • too faced does not test on animals =) I have many products and all heve the same label on them: "product tested on celebrities, not animals" eheh!

  • UDPP does that on purpose... they sell more product that way. They have to know that the bottle is less than ideal... and yet they havnt changed it! They now have a bent doe foot applicator but still!

I wont buy UDPP because of this fact! Seems so sneaky!

  • Thank you so much for being honest! Sometimes I feel like people do videos like this, and even when the results are right in front of them, they choose one product to rave about out of brand loyalty. You didn't do that, you actually took notice of the results, and that's great! :)

PS, your eyeshadow is really pretty!

  • great video...!! you have a really nice way about you and i enjoyed listening to the info...!! thanks...!!

  • I like Shadow Insurance the best. I think it's more convienent. Seriously.

Who's going to cut open the Primer Potion bottle for the last bits of primer. I'm not. I prefer the sweeze tube (:

  • what eyeshadows did you use in this video? so pretty :)

  • i have udpp but it creases on me and doesnt keep the color vibrant as long as i would want so im going to pick up some too face shadow insurance and see how i like it :)

  • I wouldn't use a face primer if I were you, it seems that you are breaking out (no offense, just being honest). I noticed that when I used face primers (especially Smashbox Photo Finish) I broke out real bad! I'm not an expert but I noticed with my skin that if you use a good cleanser with a moisturizer that is anti-oily you really don't need a face primer (especially if you're using Lancome Liquid Makeup Foundation 12-hour Lasting Formula for Sensitive Skin)

  • smashbox is oil free...

  • Water, Cyclopentasiloxane, Polysilicone-11, Butylene Glycol, Ethylene/Acrylic Acid Copolymer, Methyl Methacrylate Crosspolymer, Carbomer, Hydroxyethylcellulose, Triethanolamine, Decyl Glucoside, Caprylyl Glycol, Phenoxyethanol, Hexylene Glycol, Tetrahexyldecyl Ascorbate, Oligopeptide-10

    Cons:

may cause breakout to some people

could cause dryness to dry skin areas

Just because it says "oil-free" doesn't mean that it won't clog your pores. It should say "Non-comedogenic" rather than "oil-free."

  • WHERE DID U GET THE PENS AT???

  • wich one do you like better

  • Thank you so much for this video! I've been having trouble deciding which primer I want to get. I've never used primer before, but definitely will now. I think I'm going to go for the too faced! Thanks! :)

  • I was cursed with extremely oily lids. And i've tried it all, paint pots, paints, de crease. but 2F is the only thing that keeps my shadow on. It stays on so well that I actually have trouble getting my shadows off at night. And that's a problem I don't mind having. I'm telling you girls (and some guys, lol) go with the 2F. also, you don't have to waste your time depotting and all that other unecessary stuff. HAPPY MAKEUPPING!!!!

  • You are so right, I am not going to cut open the bottle, scoop it out and put it in another container. My decion is easy now, Too Faced it is!

  • Thanks for the video, this is going to be my first time purchasing a primer and i was having a hard time deciding and this helped me choose. Thanks again :)

  • im a 2 faced girl....hehe that sounds funny

  • Great review!

  • this really really helped me decide which to pick. i wasnt sure if i should try UB or 2F, and i looked up a comparison video and yours was definitely the best and to the point. thank you for helping and posting this! im going to try Too Faced :]

but i will definitely give Urban Decay a shot too.

  • so I have a quick question...I just used the too faced shadow insurance....the first bit I squeezed out was kind of clear watery...maybe oily. Is this what it is supposed to be like? or is it supposed to be creamier?

  • Always shake it before u use it.

  • question; say if i bout the too faced would i need another base for like paint pot?

  • I don't think you would need another base.

  • Thanks a ton for this.. I had never tried a primer but I knew the most popular was the UDPP and I was about to go ahead and get that (tho I was dredding the whole cut it open and scoop process) then I remembered Fafinettex3 saying she loved the UDPP so I decided to look up a comparison.. I'm glad you thought to do this.. I just ordered the TFSI on ebay for $19.25.. higher than I wanted but it was the cheapest one listed and they don't sell it where I'm at :/

    Anyway.. Thanks!

  • You are so very welcome! Enjoy the primer!

  • you can buy it fo r $17 at sephora

  • Thank you so much! U said and try all that I wanted to see... :)

  • thanks for the info. i just bought the too faced..i like ur eyeshadow look.ur really pretty too.great video..:)

  • Glad I could help! Thanks for the nice comment!

  • wat eye shadows are you wearing in this video? your eyes look AMAZING! Great review!!!

  • I did a tutorial for the eye makeup. Look for it under my videos, its called "Pretty Penny". I'm glad you like it!

  • Does the primer keep your liner in place too? Because I always end up with a line in my crease from blinking. If that makes sense.

  • I think I know what you mean, and I know that it keeps it in place. That used to happen to me with pencil liner before I started using primer.

  • Okay, thank you. :)

  • I LOVE THIS VIDEO!! YOU"RE AWESOME!

  • I'll be glad to do a tutorial of the look featured in this video!

  • Thnks so much for this video because I was debating which one to buy and now i know i'm gonna get the too faced one because of the tube. and u should totally do that experiment it'll be so interesting :D

  • I'm so glad I could be of help! And I'll be sure to do the experiment!
