@ChronicGod420 On his own? As I remember Chronic had all Death Row artists on it whether they got credited or not. Gay Dre just took the credit as usual. Are you people that stupid?
@cjewelz Sam wasn't even part of Death Row until around the time Doggystyle dropped. I know Dre took credit for Daz's and Warren G's beats and took credit for Natural Born Killaz and Keep Their Heads Ringin. Dre was like the only producer at Death Row until Daz started making beats in late 92, after The Chronic was finished and after removing Warren G from the Death Row camp. Even then, he took Warren's ideas and samples without acknowledging him. So, yes, I know Dre is a bitch.
@ChronicGod420 To me, a lot of the Sneed beats that have surfaced sound similar to the ones Gay Dre released during the Death Row era when Sneed was there. Anyway, we know wa gwan with Gay Dre so we're not enemiiies!
@cjewelz Yeah, Sam and Dre's beats sounded very similar. And notice how much better "his" production got after Daz and Sam and Warren G started hanging with Tha Row and making beats for Death Row artist. Hell, even during NWA Dre was a bitch. Even tho he did nearly all the production, I think that Dre didn't let Yella do shit because he wanted to be a star. And Back with the World Class Wreckin Cru, Dre probably bit Yellas style.
@ChronicGod420 No doubt, br. There are better, more consistent producers out there such as DJ Quik, Alchemist, Just Blaze and Timbaland. Gay Dre's sound seems to change depending on who's co-producing (ie ghost-producing) with (ie for) him. I suppose there hasn't been anyone willing to be his bitch since 2001. That's why Detox is taking so long. The tracks I've heard so far sound SHIT. Any schoolboy could have done them on a Playstation.
@cjewelz Have me produce Detox and that bitch'll be done and dope in a week. But seriously, Johnny J, Warren G and Daz as well also have a steady sound. You're right in saying Dre's is always different. It seems like a debut album for an artist will be like a polar opposite to the sophmore album when he's doing most of the production. Like Straight Outta Compton and Niggaz4Life, The Chronic and 2001. Even Scott Starch said Dre didn't produce 2001. He did. All Dre did was drums.
@cjewelz Definately. I have respect for Dre for getting payed and making it possible for white mothafuckas to rap, but at the same time, Dre's a bitch. Listen to the original version of Pac's Toss it Up or Blackstreets No Diggity. Dre took credit for that beat but Riley Carter actually make the beat with some other producer. Pac was right for calling out Dre. I think he was the first and only one to say that Dre just took credit.
@ChronicGod420 Makaveli was the only mainstream artist to speak out. Others didn't have a big enough name so people didn't pay much attention to them.
What amazes me is that every region has numerous big-name producers except the west coast. There's Just Blaze, DJ Premier, RZA, etc. on the east. There's Lil' John, Manny Fresh, Timbaland, etc. I don't know about the north. Who in the west gets airplay besides Gay Dre?
Just because people don't broadcast that they have money doesn't mean nothing and besides all those people that you name got the name because they choosed to sell there souls to the devil....
Bitch fuck you and your goons bitch ass nigga and if you knew correct english you would know that "bumb' is spelled incorrectly for one... you dumb bitch I can't stand haters its not cool to comment with your dick sucker about being broke when apartly your ass ain't sitting on shit....... so fucks wit it homie good day "albitch"..

Like Rick James skit, "cocaine is a hell of a drug, on the white leather couch " :-))))) He was a cool dude. Eric Clapton is another one that sings songs on this topic. I never tried drugs, glad I did not. So many wonderful people died from that experiencing. Peace and LOVE. :-)

@therealdenver Everybody has a ghost producer or ghost writer. It's not like these dudes is Beethoven or Mozart. And even those greats had major influences on their music. I'm no Dr. Dre fan but real is real. And I give him props because he's filthy rich
@dheard0218 First of all, learn how to speak proper English. I got goons that'll pistol whip you black and blue nicca. And I know you're not paid because you can't speak good English. You're a bumb. You and you're cousin are nothing but deer meat to me. I will fuck you up
