Ya, it is. I used an AR for that Raichu (no hacked stats though) , and didn't realize the encore. This battle was done about 2 weeks ago, and I'v changed Raichu since then so that way its fare.
Well, I did still use an AR to get it. But like I'v said, stats are fine. And I EV trained it the normal way. I did change its moveset as well as my Rapidash's, it had hypnosis, so my team is good to go. I hope no one is angry at the fact that I did use an AR, but like others, I just don't have time to do everything. I'm sorry if anyone is mad at the fact, but it isn't much to worry about :)

So it isnt hacked anymore? And i cant believe that everyone at the forums said that my raichu would be epic fail.....but WE proved them wrong! =)
