well i will tell you why i prefer rugby league to football and it is all about preferences and oppinion.

when i was growing up in the 50s in my part of leeds it was all rugby league it was what i grew up with.

although i still think football is very very boring apert from when a goal is scored ,they pass it here they pass it there the only excitement or incidents is when some overpaid prima donna is rolling around on the floor trying to get another player sent off.

no they don't... there is an OS player cap these days, a team only has a limit of about 5 OS players. The new franchise system will change that even further where local talent development is encouraged.

Anyway whats the diff between ESL buying aussie players and say the EPL teams buying all OS players and none local players. the NRL is full of islanders, whats the diff there?

The RU do the same... its market forces, you buy what is best to make your team the best.

Well they were a couple thousand short of selling out this game... so wembley at 100,000 is probably too big at this stage.

However if the challenge cup is anything to go by, which is held in Wembley, then I think soon it will have to be shifted there.

But Yeah this year I want to get to the Challenge Cup Final in Wembley and also the ESL GF again. It was a fantatsic time! Old trafford, though a bit tight with seating is a fantatsic stadium, great atmosphere and the english crowds really know how to make some noise.

LOL:) Yep I have the aussie accent doin the fiming. I'm a Sydneysider with my NRL teams 1. Sharks then Souths, newtown in the NSWRL and Jim Beam Cup and Wynnum Manly in the BRL with parkes Spacemen in the CRL.
