Haskell, After 20 years as a crew member I have no problem working long hours, even now in my 50's. We have even worked together. If you can't stand the heat get out of the kitchen. Hourly crew don't get the fat flat you work for, we need the overtime to make a decent living. SAG and WGA will be on strike again in 2012. I would suggest the camera department's habit of shots of scotch and/or imported beers in the camera truck after wrap is more of a problem than the hours.
