1.Make the Brand as important as RAW/SMACK DOWN, which means make the guys that are apart of that brand look like superstars as opposed to the mid carders.
2.Revived the ECW Television and ECW Tag Team Titles and built up wrestlers that could hold the TV Title, and tag teams that could hold the tag titles.
3.Contested all matches under Extreme Rules always.
4.Make Paul Heyman the "Commissioner" or boss of ECW.

This was good at times but this ECW was the last we saw of the older superstars and the Extreme. The old ECW was the best now your even lucky to see hardcore matches outside of PPVs. ANd your very lucky to even see blood today.

nothing is extreme about ecw anymore. not even the belt. the song isnt extreme, it just shows wrestlers it doesnt show someone gettin wacked by a weapon. the superstars arent, except for tommy dreamer and christian!

they didnt have anywhere near every ECW original. New Jack, Mustafa, Sign Guy Dudley, Axl and Ian Rotten, Joel Gertner, Shane Douglas, Too Cold Scorpio, Terry Funk, Raven, Mikey Whipreck, Jerry Lynn. they had a very select few and they ones they did have they were stupid jobbers. It was never good. then they brought it to arenas. nothing about that was good.

it wasnt even almost. thats what im saying. It was a small fraction of the original ECW roster. And in the first month they were in Arenas except for the one at Hammerstein which ironically was the most entertaining episode because of the crowd. other then that its been garbage since it came back. The first One NIght Stand was awesome. The second one was watered down with a bunch of WWE crap so it wasnt as good.

when i first saw this intro on the re-opening debut of ecw..i really thought they were bringing back the old ecw...the first episodes were rather good too (thank u paul heyman)...but now it's just crap i hate the new ecw and it's new logo..GAYY...ecw never came back..it's dead..the real, original ecw is dead..RIP =(

Yeah, that's true. What really pissed me off was that they built up RVD winning the Extreme Elimination Chamber, but then only like 2 weeks until the match, they put a WWE guy, Bobby Lashley, in and he becomes the "ECW" Main Event out of nowhere WTF!?
So basically ECW is not ECW anymore, it's another WWE Heat or Velocity, but the matches are top notch most of the time.
