  • Watermelon has an extremely high glycemic load

  • what is your opinion on nitric oxide suppliments, agingnomore? Does it really help for exercising and muscle pump, or increase blood vascularity?

  • @RiseofBane There are a lot of nitric oxide supplements in the nutrition industry espeically for body builders. Most have a short lived benefit. The key for long term benefit is making sure the formulation also includes l-citrulline to turbo charge the endothelium's ability to create nitric oxide over an extended period of time. This will aid in recovery and muscle development. Also make sure it includes vitamins D3 and K2. Quality and potency of the ingredients are key. Dan

  • @agingnomore thing is how can i neccessarily trust which supplement to choose? seen reviews where it says no effect on some of products, so I don't know. Can you private message me if there's any good one you would recommend.

  • @RiseofBane Please directly contact me and let me know what your health goals are. Then I can give you a recommendation. Dan

  • very helpful info. but, the way this video was edited is for a television.. (step by step, time consuming) lol. ^_^

  • To my knowledge Noni Juice will not substantially improve your nitric oxide production. Your endothelium produces nitric oxide from the amino acid L-arginine. This means you need both a healthy endothelium and enough L-arginine for it to create nitric oxide. You also need L-citrulline. We just produced a new video to help you understand what to look for in L-arginine supplements and their ability to properly produce nitric oxide

  • hi there,

I want to know does NONI fruit juice gives sufficient Nitric Oxide... or is it true about NONI.... ????

  • Where can I find a chart that tells me the amino acid contents found in an egg and milk?

Also, do you really need to eat an egg raw?

  • Well this definatly puts it into perspective!

  • Thanks for that vital information. May God Bless You in Jesus' Name.

  • @Emanual0607 Hi Emanual0607 and thank you for your comment. I'm glad the information was helpful to you. Thank you also for the blessing for both God and Jesus and the Holy Spirit Bless me each and every day. Dan
