  • you always had a preety face!!

  • i feel like going raw is a glorified eating disorder. still the same control. same obsession. but now you can say its a healthy lifestyle. you are still doing some unconventional, difficult and low calorie diet. low calorie because 3000 calories on raw food is about the same as 1500< on cooked food.

  • @savethewhales40 no offense meant. I just feel like it would trigger a lot of people.

  • hey im doing ok two days on raw diet and two pounds lost ,so i hoping by strong and kip doing this for the rest of my life ,i need cheers any way ,love raw food ,love fruits

  • :) You were very pretty even before!

  • @M1mE stop saying nice-sounding things just to get laid XD

  • @bajan13k I'm a woman. Awkward, lol.

  • @M1mE lol XD

  • So a lot of eating disorders are because of self worth problems (which you appear to have solved lol) and control issues. I'm wondering, does the denial of certain foods stimulate that part of your brain that likes controlling your food intake the same way it did while anorexic? And also, do you feel that you've hit your goal and you're happy the way you are or are you constantly striving to get leaner? Might seem like loaded questions but I am genuinely curious.

  • great video! how long would you say it took to lose the 40 pounds?

  • you looked attractive stills

  • Ask a fat person what they eat. They will probably tell you they eat meat, doughnuts, spaghetti, hot dogs, french fries, a ton of bread, pretzels, pizza, ice cream, breakfast cereal, popcorn, anything fried, pancakes, etc. You can then tell them to stop eating meat because it's making them fat.

  • Freelea, I think that it's great that you got over your eating disorders. But will you please tell everybody what you were really eating when you overweight? You know you weren't binging on meat and eggs. You were eating too much processed and sugar laden foods, weren't you? It amuses me how people can lose weight on Atkins and Paleo, but meat somehow makes people fat before they become vegan. Please stop lying to people.

  • @ApacheBoneknife I agree with you ... It's the first time I hear somebody say thatvthey binged on... wait for it ... eggs ?!?

  • :) Congrats on beating anorexia/bulimia! It takes an extremely strong to person to accomplish all that you have. Personally, I'm still in recovery as an outpatient where they believe veganism is unhealthy and can lead to to other eating disorders, such as Orthorexia. You and Harley have both inspired to me to prove to my doctors/dietitians that being vegan is beneficial in many ways, and meeting sufficiant energy and micronutrient needs is inevitable, if followed correctly.

  • Meat FTW

  • Just eat what ever you want to eat if all you have are negative responses to positive videos, and we'll see who looks better and who has a more awesome life... :)

    Good job Freelee!

    xo

  • i recently started a vegan diet its been about 3 weeks most of what i eat is raw with the occasional slightly steamed veggies. I feel really good with a lot of energy and super alert as for the weight i haven't noticed anything. Yes, I know its only been 3 weeks I suppose I'm just anxious. lol anyway How long was it before you noticed a significant change weight wise?

  • how long did it take you to get into this shape? and when have you seen the first results of getting slimmer? I'm so impressed from your change, i mean i actually can't believe that you eat so much but still stay in shape.

  • eww you were gross , that was you???? now youre amazing

  • @omarlaylayoussef NO WE ARE NOT Look at yourself do your teeth look like lion ones or could you run as fast as a cheetah could you ever catch a pig or a cow in order to eat it ? could you kill it just with your handy and teeth ? that's what the truth look like we are herbivore and just because eating things our body can't work with makes us fat and unhealthy and also we don't have the right to kill animals in an barbarous way just to eat them that's just heartless ;D

    you did so well <3

  • @TheWorldOfGlamour Cavemen did it. Plus no, we are not herbivores, our body can digest meat, we have the enzymes to do it. MEAT DOES NOT MAKE YOU FAT, check out the girls from leansececrets, bodyrock, zuzkalight - they are all meat-eaters and they all have great bodies. As to our 'right' to kill animals, you can't decide what our rights are in such emotive ethical terms, it's exactly what pro-lifers do, and emotions take rationality out of the equation.

  • @apairofgreeneyes

What you're not understanding though is just because those girls have "Great bodies" from working out and eating meat doesn't mean their arteries are not slowly being clogged by the saturated fats in the meats, not to mention absorbing the synthetic hormones, and most likely the natural hormones produced by fear right before slaughter. What im saying is a person can look sexy but still be highly unhealthy in the long run.

  • I can't see myself ever going back. All I crave is sweet, juicy fruit and loving it! I can honestly see myself doing this for the rest of my life. Makes you look at life from a different perspective....simplify your diet, simplify your life.

  • i love you

  • It's ok to eat meat..that's what we're meant to do.

  • great job!!!

  • Amazing transformation

  • The kind of people that believe plants feel pain are the kind of people who believe in homeopathy. Enough said.

  • @apairofgreeneyes How does a Venus Flytrap catch prey if it doesn't feel?

  • @EyeThirdThe No because i really dont belive in it. PLANTS ARE nature... its not natural killing animals for food. It is natural to eat from growing nature :)

  • @DarlingKaya Plus... i dont acuse anyone of eating meat. I dont support it, but i dont put anyone down for not being informed enough to stop eating it :)

  • @DarlingKaya Animals are nature, too. And, killing them for food is perfectly natural. Tasty, too. =-)

  • @EyeThirdThe Hey, plants do feel pain! That's why you shouldn't eat meat

  • @adamal93 I have never heard a plant scream when I accidently step on it. Also, I don't recall plants having eyes, ears, mouth, ability to ask for food (In their own little language)

Animlas do have those qualities, if you don't belive me ask my cat :)

  • @awaitingmoonrise Nah, I don't really think plants feel pain either. My point was that if the would, a meateating diet would still cause the most amount of pain. I am a vegan.

  • @EyeThirdThe Oh but we don't eat venus flytraps, that could be a problem. Also, according to research, the venus flytrap relies on trigger hairs that serve as a primitive motion detector. The plant doesn't really feel...the hairs are like a tripwire. Also, this argument is circular, because what are we expected to eat if we shouldn't eat plants? And eating meat, dairy, and eggs, which obviously causes pain for the animal, is any better?

  • @bluemoon455 I'm not saying you shouldn't eat plants. I'm saying you shouldn't pompously criticize people who eat meat for being "cruel" because they choose to eat animals. Pain is an unavoidable part of the food chain and vegans/vegetarians will never be able to escape that fact.

  • @EyeThirdThe i was very interested by this question. I found this on howstuffworks - All of these steps are accomplished through simple mechanical and chemical processes. Unlike us, plants don't have a brain or nervous system to coordinate their physiological functions and tell them that they are hungry so they should go buy a burger from the nearest fast food place. Plants also don't have complex muscles and tendons to grab food, chew it, swallow it and process it. cool :)

  • @EyeThirdThe Plants don't have nociceptors ( the receptors/sense that allow ANIMALS to feel pain), as for how a venus fly trap 'feels' do your research; the venus fly trap has mechanosensory hairs on its surface which basically sends the signal to close.

  • I BET THIS BITCH DUMPS LOADS OF SHITS!!!!

  • Freelee, thank you for being a raw food pioneer. It made a difference for me to see a woman promoting a lifestyle of abundance vs. miserable and unsustainable mindset of calorie restriction. I love how 811 makes me feel, but I'm a bit mind-boggled about my excess weight (20lbs I gained eating junk) not coming off in 9 months, and acne not clearing?

  • Binging on fat gaining foods like meat, dairy, and eggs? I bet you were actually binging on sugar and processed junk. MEAT DOESN'T MAKE YOU FAT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • @ApacheBoneknife I am so Glad that educated people like yourself are able to let us all know that Meat Doesn't make us fat! Thank you! I am going to go eat my pork chops now

start reading Books vs watching mc donald's commercials

  • @1987Bea I'm obviously more educated than you. Go eat a pile of pork chops. You won't get fat. Be careful though. You may experience the unpleasant effects of muscle growth and improved outlook on life.

  • @ApacheBoneknife def not an answer that is backed up by any scientific proof. Thanks. I hope you realize what is good for you before is too late.:)

  • @1987Bea Would you prefer scientific proof, or real world proof? Go ahead and look up 'Paleo Diet Results' here on Youtube. You can see people that have lost weight eating a ton of meat and animal fat. Watch the movie 'Fathead', which is free on Hulu, and you will see why meat and animal fat aren't the culprits of clogged arteries as once thought, and shows what is really making people fat, while backing it all with scientific proof. If you want to talk more send me a p.m.

  • @ApacheBoneknife yeah sure coleterol isn't blocking people's arteries, your hilarious! By the way anybody can lose weight in any kind of diet, based on calorie restriction. Google it.. scientifically proven But, it that healthy? Of course NOT. Consequences of following an unhealthy diet are... countless including heart disease, diagestive diseases, eating disorders, cancer..etc.

  • @awaitingmoonrise Why don't you take a few minutes to do a little research before attempting your invalid argument. Do you honestly think that I haven't "Googled" it? I've gone beyond Google. I did the Paleo Diet myself and actually got too skinny, while eating as much as 5,000 calories a day. I had to add carbs back to my diet just to put some weight back on. Did you know that cholesterol is necessary to heal arteries damaged by processed carbs and sugar? And that the constant bombardment

  • @ApacheBoneknife of sugar and processed carbs causes cholesterol to clump in the arteries in an attempt to keep them working properly? Did you also know that cholesterol is needed by the brain, and that vegans and vegetarians are more susceptable to Alzheimer's Disease? Ofcourse you didn't. You assumed that you already knew all there is to know on the subject. Stop believing outdated science and vegan propaganda, and maybe you will begin to see the big picture.

  • @ApacheBoneknife It's a lack of vitamin D in general, that is linked to degenerative diseases. There are an awful lot of meat eaters who suffer from Alzheimer's. so your point is????

  • @yvonneS1977 My point is that people whom lack cholesterol in their diet are MORE SUSCEPTABLE

  • @ApacheBoneknife there are studies that link high cholesterol to Alzheimer's too! Science is NOT exact btw! one study comes along and debunks a previous one! then something else debunks that! You will find studies that are heavily subsidised by one industry miraculously result in data to support what they want! people KNOW how they feel. They KNOW when they are doing something right. Hell, even pollution has been blamed for Alzheimer's, heavy metal toxicity, you name it!!

  • @yvonneS1977 a family friend's mother died recently, she had dementia. no one, and i mean not ONE doctor could offer an explanation why it happened to her! so please stop trying to push opinions as facts.

  • @yvonneS1977 Do you honestly think I don't already know that. This is why I choose to eat a diet that makes me feel the best. Every study regarding health is constantly being contradicted, just like the very old, and flawed, study that claims meat makes you fat and causes heart disease. Do you think that vegans don't control their own studies? Do you think they have nothing to gain through their own minipulated data and false reports? Did you know that the doctor who first said...

  • @ApacheBoneknife ...that a fat free diet is the healthiest became severely depressed and committed suiced? I'm not saying that people shouldn't eat in a way that makes them feel good, but most vegans can't accept that meat isn't the root of all the health problems that they think it is. They can't accept that people can be healthy and in top physical condition while eating meat, and make up lies in an effort to support their beliefs.

  • @ApacheBoneknife Well i am a vegan for ethical reasons only, but that is another discussion :) What i DID notice, was a change in health after stopping dairy. Not so much meat.

  • @yvonneS1977 Dairy is a problem for me, as well. I don't think it is fit for human consumption. I don't advocate the Atkins diet, and while I did the Paleo diet for a while, I realized that these high meat/high fat diets aren't proper for a long duration. Maybe a month at best. I applaud you for having an ethical conviction, and it does upset me to see how animals are treated in the inhumane farms. I prefer local grass fed meats from humane farms, if that makes a difference. I just...

  • @ApacheBoneknife ...want people to realize that the major culprits of obesity and bad health are sugar, refined carbs, hfcs, and the proccessed garbage that shouldn't even pass for food.

  • @ApacheBoneknife i don't know you, so i don't presume you 'know' something or not. I am well aware people say what they want due to beliefs. I done the same myself whilst on Atkins years ago, i felt fantastic for 3 months, then ended up in hospital with excruciating pain caused by gallbladder problems. That was real to me. I can't confirm or deny anything with regards to science. I tend to take these studies (all of them) with a pinch of salt.

  • @yvonneS1977 And yes, i do know some vegans make wild claims too. I've had conversations with a few of them.

  • First of all don't be getting an attitude with me. I merely responded to ure question of show me the proof. That's all. Now whilst I respect ure decision regarding eating animals perhaps u could start a non profit organization stopping bears ripping salmon apart whilst they r alive or perhaps stopping a lion eating a gazelle. Its called the food chain and like it or not humans r meat eaters. For hundreds of thousands of years we have consumed meat

  • @LookNoFurther73 Thank you.

  • @EyeThirdThe No probs at all

  • How long did it take you to lose the 40 lbs?

  • I was a vegetarian for 8 months, but i had to stop last month, I started eating fish again because i felt sooo weak, and my skin became thin and dry.

  • Well done ! You look amazing :) 3 years into a plant-strong diet I've never felt or looked so good, so I can relate to your transition. Keep up the good work !

  • where do you live? lol i feel like i could never pull this off..i live in LA

  • you actually looked normal

  • Well done!

  • love your video:) in your video you I think I saw banana too, but in my experience every time I eat banana even a half of banana, I gain weight.

  • @TheSkinnyFairy it must be your strong belief on the myth that fruits makes you fat. I understand you I used to belive it too. You just have to let people like Freelea show you the truth. Forget everything you were taught and start all over. Learn true facts such as, fruit gives you energy, it gives you good health, fruit has no fat or artifical sugars therefore it makes you lose weight. Bananas are fruit, don't be afraid of them. & can be bought anywhere. bananas make an excellen lunch :)

  • Freelea, did you gain weight in the beginning of going raw? :) do you remember after how long the weight started shifting? 1-2 years? :) you look amazing! SOOOO lean

  • "If you're an intolerant SNOB you're part of the PROBLEM" of violence and hatred plaguing this planet. Educate NOT indoctrinate.

  • Girlfriend - pleeeze! You were gorgeous then... thank you though for sharing this info with the planet... we need to wake up and take charge of our lives and health - we need to stop the killing of animals for meat. Love you! Blessings! Peace.

  • @beherenownan "we need to stop killing off animals for meat."

Actually, it is a scientific fact that plants feel pain when you will them for food consumptions. jfyi

Paid and death are a part of existence. Changing the food you eat from animals to fruit/vegetables won't help spare the universe from experiencing pain. Pain is inevitable part of existence.

  • @EyeThirdThe Please, show us with honest paper/articles that plants feel pain!!! If you cannot proof, you are not telling the truth. Please, proof!!!

  • @lllzable Google it. You'll find dozens of studies showing that plants feel pain.

You honestly don't think that a plant feels pain when you rip it out the ground and destroy it for food consumption? It's basic horticultural biology.

  • @EyeThirdThe plants dont have feelings, veins, heart, emotions, organs, blood flowing through their .... "stalks"? hehe, cant say bodys... ... how could they feel pain ? animals have all those things that humans have and thats why they feel pain.

  • @DarlingKaya So, you don't think ripping a plant out of the ground causes that living organism to feel pain? You don't need a veins, heart, emotions, organs, or blood to feel pain. If you are a living organism and your life is prematurely ended, you will feel pain.

You're simply trading in animal cruelty for plant cruelty. And you're not sparing the universe any pain by doing that. Sorry, but it's the truth.

  • @EyeThirdThe lol yea but something always has to die so others can live

or so says my narcisssistic fortune cookie

  • @EyeThirdThe Your argument is ridiculous. Plants don't have a central nervous system you fool. And not only is meat eating cruel, it's also destroying the planets and people's health. Sorry, but it's the truth.

  • @Gardyloo They don't need central nervous system to feel pain. That's just how humans and animals feel pain. However, pain isn't just akin to the central nervous system.

Plant killing is just as "cruel" as animal killing. You can say it ruins people's health. Some nutritionist disagree with you. However, you need to stop saying that meat eaters are cruel people and vegan's aren't.

It's just a bunch of pompous nonsense that vegans believe to make themselves feel superior.

  • @EyeThirdThe Hilarious.

  • @EyeThirdThe I am pretty sure you need a nervous system to feel pain, unless all those biology books are wrong, then you would be right. I'll have to think about that one:)

and vegans don't feel superior to others, although their logic and thinking IS superior to the logic of those whom think eating the flesh of an animal it's OK, would you eat your puppy? or your Kitten? NO! differentiate eating a cow instead of your pet for dinner. Plain and simple.

  • @1987Bea "I am pretty sure you need a nervous system to feel pain."

I guess if you're reading biology books from the 1980s. Modern scientist understand that pain is in no way felt just through the central nervous system. That's just how humans and animals feel pain. My biology professor at the University of Texas teaches that plants not only feel pain, but can communicate their pain to other plants when killed. Other surrounding plants actually stress out and stop growing.

  • @EyeThirdThe You do need a nervous system to feel pain. You are just trying to find a way to turn this back around on plant eaters.

Take a biology class and then see what you think =) i´ve taken 4 ;)

  • @DarlingKaya I've studied plants for 7 years. I'm a horticultural biologist. I have a degree in biology. Your 4 classes gives you about 5 years less experienced than me in the field of biology and most of the classes don't focus on strictly on plant anatomy.

You don't need a central nervous feel. That's just how humans and animals feel pain. Come back and talk to me when you get a degree in biology and are up to date on the latest research in horticultural biology. Like I am. =)

  • @DarlingKaya There are actually some vegans out there that won't eat a fruit, or vegetable unless it has fallen off of the tree on it's own. This is because ripping a fruit, or vegetable off of the tree causes the plant pain.

Why don't you do this? Do you not care that you're harming plants? Stop being a hypocrite and accusing meat eaters of harming animals when vegans and vegetarians are harming plants. You're just displaying your ignorance of horticultural biology by doing so.

  • @1987Bea A plant will stop growing for a few days if a plant is killed near by.

Human beings and animals aren't the only living organisms that feel pain. There are numerous studies out there that prove this. I can't believe ignorant enough to believe that the entire Universe must work based on what humans and animals experience. We are not the only living organisms in existence.

Scientist are often wrong. They have been wrong about requiring a central nervous system to feel pain.

  • @EyeThirdThe we are not the only living organisms and I never said that. I am so happy you're making me see the light :/. thank you for educating me with you elaborate statement.

  • @1987Bea would you eat your puppy? or your Kitten? NO! differentiate eating a cow instead of your pet for dinner. Plain and simple.

Eating a puppy, or kitten is basically what you're doing when you eat a young plant. So, you're more cruel than I am. =-)

  • @EyeThirdThe I was clearly being sarcastic I don't eat any sort of animals or animal by products.

  • @Gardyloo The only thing that is destroying peoples health is they are eating too large a quantity and they are sitting on their arses doing nothing active. Thats the problem. I myself had been through that. Now I eat a quarter of what I used to but still eat anything and everything (but healthier choices ie. no processed foods) and I get my arse outside being active and the kg's are falling off.

  • @Gardyloo Oh and the nervous system aspect. Hold a lighter up to a leaf of a living plant and watch the leaf curl away. Dig up a plant and move it to another spot. Watch it go droopy for the first week or so. Why?? Because they suffer from stress

  • Comment removed

  • @lllzable there is a book called The Intention Experiment by Lynne McTaggart. It is about quantum physics and how everything on this planet and universe is connected. Even some vids on youtube regarding QP show that even reality is in wave form and our conciousness snaps that wave form into the reality that we see. Back to the point this book highlights some experiments done that suggest that plants do feel pain. Research it on the net as well. I'm sure you will find your own answers

  • @LookNoFurther73 Ok, I will look for that, but if plants really feel pain, the plants do not feel pain like the animals do. The plants do not suffer like the animals suffer. I have never seen a single plant cry or run. Did you? If you love so much the plants, go and create a non-profit to save them and also stop to eat them. So, you and I can talk honestly, ok?

  • @LookNoFurther73 I do not believe in it. My biologist colleagues told me that plants do not feel pain. So, I do not think that one single experiment is the reason to make so many animals suffer. Do you?

  • @LookNoFurther73 The only fact that everything is connected is the most important reason to not make the animals suffer.

  • @LookNoFurther73 If you really believe that the plants suffer more than the animals, so go and create a non-profit to save the plants. And also, stop to eat plants, because you love the plants more than you love the animals, isn't?

  • @EyeThirdThe I have never heard a plant scream when I accidently step on it. Step on an amimal and you'll hear actual suffering.

I don't necessarity want to debate whether plants feel pain or not. The point is that Animlas feel so much more pain, that it is just cruel to know it, and to keep causing it. If you watch the film "Earthlings" you will be able to undestand this.

  • @EyeThirdThe Just by saying 'it is a scientific fact' doesn't make one. Show us the peer-reviewed, scientifically valid, statistically significant articles on plants feeling pain. You won't be able to find one.

  • @apairofgreeneyes FOUND ONE! I mean many...inside "The Secret Life of Plants" probably the second most important book ever written! proof of plants response to pain, love, partners, mothering their seeds from afar, music etc. Plants used to identify culprits involved in violence and their psychic connection with their "owners" even when far apart. ALL based on stringent scientific tests. P Tomkins and C Bird 1973. Even now it's years ahead of anything else in publication.

  • @apairofgreeneyes That doesn't change the fact that it's true.

  • I think this is pretty interesting but I'm still a student and don't know if it would be affordable for me. How much money do you have to spend on all this fruit a day?

  • @Winry002 why don't you just buy some fruit and try for a week and see how much you $ you will need. + You will defo lose atleast 5 pounds or more at the end of that week.

  • @Winry002 It find bananas a GREAT nutrition and energy (carbs). In summer in midwest bananas are about .40 / lb. In winter theyre about .55 /lb. That is far less than meat, tho meat is heavily subsidized (taxpayer funded), and even less than cheap, diseased hotdogs/lunchmeat. I eat 10 nanners / day, which is about $1.50! Also green salads, oranges, potatoes (cheap), apples, and beans/rice, some of the least expensive things at the store. Look for sales, freeze stuff!

  • Wow i thought you were like 5'11 !!!!!!!!!!!!!!! <3 you I think I may try this thing! Do you have videos regarding food storage of raw foods for stockpiles?

  • your awsome:)and theres no fucking way your 30 you look 18.lol

  • You look awesome and 20 years younger!

  • Ya...you're going to starve yourself. Fruits dont build protein...you'll start getting anxiety and panic attacks. Oh well...

  • @ARDIA I wonder if eating free range chicken would be ok while eating mostly raw foods... Are you a personal trainer or nutritionist?

  • @AwakeInNJ999 Chicken is loaded with bad stuff: saturated fat, cholesterol, animal hormones, creatine, etc, plus has carcinogens when cooked that actually alter the DNA of your body's cells. For protein, I would stick with high protein veggie foods: kale, spinach, broccoli, romaine lettuce (has 36% protein!!) and even cooked beans, all of which have more protein per calorie than chicken without all the disease and death. Peace.

  • @FathomlessJoy thank you so much, you have been really helpful :)

  • @ARDIA "Fruits dont build protein" Care to try to prove that? Actually an orange has almost twice as much protein per calorie than human breast milk, which is the substance nature makes for our most rapid growth period in our entire lives!

  • would you recommend people do a cleanse like the master cleanse to clean out our system before doing what you did with your lifestyle? Or will our bad habits just come out naturally by eating right and having regular bowel movements? lol Does it matter to do a cleanse before starting a new lifestyle? Thank you soo much!

  • Goof information. I would like to hear you sing in one of your videos also. Let's see it all. LOL

  • i love you video ,i got hipotyroidism and i feel like i never go in to lose this weight the at vein game in 60 pounds and i feel so bad pain all the time depress ,im stared to eat fruit and veggies on juice tree days a go ,and i got problems to go .......... but i got hope ,you video give me new hopes thank you

  • your own music?!?! u made this beat?? please dont make me anymore in live with you . . okplease?

  • SSSOOO DAMN SEXY great job! You also have a great mind!!! n that is sexy too.... Keep up the great work you inspire me, I will be on this diet soon!

  • Amazing, but I just don't get how you don't have a sugar overdose?? do you still take b12 shots? you have inspired me anyhow to go vegan raw

  • You think maybe riding a bike across a continent might have had something to do with it?

  • you are SO HOT!

  • ur so sexy freelea!!meat eaters are so gross in comparison =)

  • You have no science to confirm your theory. I lost 45lb on a meat, egg and dairy diet. It's natural for humans to eat animal product. I know a few vegans who are quite chubby. Eating carbs and sugary fruit all day doesn't give you a body like that. You have to excercise like crazy to burn it all. PLUS carbs make your insulin levels skyrocket and then plummet - which in turn makes you feel hungry. Fatty meats and eggs help you stay fuller for longer and keep you lean.

  • It is just amazing how younger you look! Well done, young lady :)

  • Comment removed

  • Funny, i lost 25 pounds by not eating stupid carbs like pasta and potatos and white rice with no exercise in 10 weeks. Instead i eat lean protein like eggwhite, fish, chicken, beef, wild meat and lots of veggi´s and fruit´s.

Bad carbs don´t work for me but protein does...

  • You bad ass. I suck. I'm part of the problem still...

  • Oh good, you use the world abundance with your diet too.. Look at you with that bowl of spent Oranges from making juice :) you look so hot.. wish you and I could meet up one day and have a wicked family of juice heads :)

  • You need balance. people like to go to one extreme to the next. n00b

  • @gaura who says? Buddha?

  • you shoulda stopped at 1:52. now you look like a skeleton.

  • @blackReader19 true that

  • How did you manage to lose so much weight and keep such perky boobs?

  • 97% fruit? Your farts and cooch must smell absolutely marvelous.

  • @Locovore you haven't qualified your comments with your credentials. How do you look? Are you overweight? What dietary habits do you follow? Are you fit? What is your age? What are your sporting personal best times/records? Please respond :)

  • Don't squeeze those bannanas to tight. Congrats on treating yourself right.

  • You looked happier in the before pictures.

  • @serb619 I disagree, look at her at time 1:30. She looks amazing, her eyes are bright and clear. Her face is so kissable. She looks a tiny bit more confident too. Must also have something to do with being able to eat as much as you want. Peace, sister.

  • Do you grow all of your fruit or what? I really want to go vegan but fruit can be EXPENSIVE and it goes bad so fast! How often do you go grocery shopping if you don't grow your food? I'm 14, 5'7 and 147 pounds. Would you recommend this diet to someone as young as I? You are such an amazing inspiration to me.<3

  • In this video Freelea describes struggles with two eating disorders both anorexia and bulimia. It appears pretty obvious to me that the same control issues that lead to those disorders have simply evolved into a "fruitarian" lifestyle where those same control issues are being exercised. To each their own but I would strongly encourage any viewers to do plenty of research of some of the "facts" presented by someone without any credentials: of any kind.

  • @Locovore she is not presenting facts, she is presenting evidence, sexy sexy evidence!

  • so inspiring... thanks so much! started this last summer and fruit is my favorite food!

  • I'm American. I'm not pissed off. And as you can clearly see by my profile picture, not fat. But the philosophy is flawed. I've been in the body building/weight training system for around 9 years. Only your body decides what it's going to do with the food you eat. It has nothing to do with what you actually eat. I eat about 6 meals a day of anything I want, I weigh around 150lbs of lean muscle, with about 7% body fat. The real key to weight control or loss is not being lazy.

  • Heh...awesome, babe. I love the vegan way of life...especially when they bring up the question about 'protein' (...as if folks all of a sudden became nutritionists...). Don't got a problem with my protein and I bench over my body weight...don't see gorillas having a problem with thier protein, either. Not that they'd have the balls to ask one...gorilla would probably smack them the fuck up. XD Peace out, Freelee!

  • I love all of the pissed off fat americans commenting here..

  • so inspiring! I'm taking up either raw or cooked vegan diet (currently decided) for my New Years Resolution, hopefully it will encourage my immune system to develop. Congratulations on the weight loss

  • @GypsyDivinity Flax seed has a lot of ALA, but unless you get a very hefty amount of ALA from flax or other sources, you're still not going to produce enough DHA/EPA.

  • she went from the American ideal woman to beautiful... much better... ;0)

  • It's all well and good that you've lost so much weight. But you have to eat A LOT, and i mean, A LOT of fruit to gain the same amount of nutrition that you would get in a normal meal, say, following the food wheel, some Carbs, Dairy, Meat AND fruit and Vegetables. But, you're also losing out on very important nutrients that you can only get in foods other than Fruit. To name one, Omega 3, that's a functional food that i'm certain you won't get much of, seeing as you only really get in fish..

  • oh my god this girl is hot

  • freelea youre the absolute best.

  • Your diet misses out on A LOT by the way.

  • Come back in 6 YEARS FREELEE

COME BACK IN A DECADE YOu will regain. Science demonstrates this.

  • You are ARROGANT when SCIENCE does not YET know that much about nutrition. ALL food carries risk. Genuine science admits UNCERTAINTY . Any VALID source of information about nutrients admits UNCERTAINTY. Dougla Graham is a scamming loser charlatan fraud.

  • You were NORMAL then Freelee........

  • SCIENCE syas you will REGAIN. That is BIOLOGY. Fat mass is DEFENDED. Dr. Jeffrey Friedman OWNS your ass.
