  • In fact it would be pleasant to realise that a person has so sincerely and attentively watched the video that he even spread it to the details and frames, if not a sneaky and senseless goal of the person. Honestly, this is not even funny anymore, looks like a person is bored having nothing to do. What, I am wondering, do you personally have to do with the city or you somehow feel responsible for the long history and sincerely want to prove something to somebody?

  • @ziutek998 I never had any intention to offend anyone here too, but people are just keeping continuing acting wierd, don't know what kind of history they study in their books and schools ( and if they at all do any). My origin comes from this blessed city, my grandfather was born an brough up on ETHNICAL UKRAINIAN LAND, which was just given to Poland they they were rudely deported to central Ukraine. I visited that place where he was born and those people, who are polish now,

  • But their blood was and will always stay Ukrainian. Lviv is amazing city, the best in whole Ukraine and it was founded more then 750 years ago, but UKRAINIAN and the fact of polish occupation and ruling DOESN’T MAKE IT POLISH!

But it seems like polish people are so desparate about that city like they have nothing decent back home, though I would argue, because what I have seen in Poland impressed me a lot.

  • THE UKRAINIAN CITY OF LVIV IS CHARMING AND VERY COSMOPOLITAN- ENJOY IF YOU PLAN TO VISIT :)

  • And BTW: what the fuck is "ukrainian nation"? Is that a joke? Not funny anyway...

  • "The cradle of ukrainian nation" - best joke ever! I guess it`s began in 1939 when you killed all Polish and Jews in this Polish city?

  • Comment removed

  • Com-on!! Guys! Let us stop this hate. Mongols are in Mongolia , Ukrainians in Ukraine, Poles in Poland.

  • watch?v=enVnQgCx5FY

  • Lviv was a Polish city - you can't neglect facts.

Now it is fully Ukrainian city - we (poles) can't neglect this fact too.

No one in Poland think serious about taking Lviv back to poland (except some retarded kids or little funny quasi-nazi shitheads, but this are small small minority).

I hope that Lviv someday will become a city within Polish-Ukrainian-Belarusian-Lithuanian-Czech-Slovak Federation of free and equal people. But its just a my dream.

    PS: greetings from Poland.

    Slava Ukrainie!

  • At last : )) rational words full of common sense!

    Greetings from Ukraine!

    Geroyam Slava!

  • Beautiful Polish city - according to prophecy someday come back to Poland. :)

  • only thing i can say :"YOU ARE A DREAMER", sorry to upset you, but some dreams NEVER COME TRUE.......

  • Lvov is Polish, Cernauti is Romanian and Chernobyl is u krainian!

  • One thing I can respond to that your "brilliant" comment

while dogs bark caravan keeps going!!!!!!!!!!!

  • Your caravan keeps going toward self-distruction!

I hope you'll enjoy your travel!

  • What are you talking about, Lviv is a great place to live once again now that the pollacks have fucked off. It smells better and you aren't grossed out from hearing all the ugly 'pshh pshesh' noises of that language anymore.

  • I would give it for free, fuckin assholes live there.

  • My radi scho Vam spodobalosya, my duzhe duzhe lubymo Lviv!!!!

    GEROJAM SLAVA!!!!!

  • Home!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • Komy vnuz-ptaha na imenn9 nahtigal

  • Love! Love! Love THIS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • what is the songs name?

  • Absolutely agree with each your word!!!!

  • Yarreck your last post is great! Poland has ruled Lviv for more than half of the cities existance. That's a big deal and therefore the arguments!

  • the... what??

  • Lviv/Lwow/Leopolis/Lemberg- does it really matter - the truth is that that Polse as much as Ukrainians feel so much for this special and beatuiful place- Polish history might be twisted form ukrainian pointof view- it will always remain deep in polish soul a polish place where polish history was written- as Poles, Ukarinians, side by side with Belarussians, Jews, Austrian lived- as said before- it has (not Austr-Hung but..) Galician feel. LONG LIVE LVIV/LWOW, Long live Ukraine&Plish brotherhood

  • Nonsense. After 600 years of Polish colonization, polonization and economic discrimination of the Ukrainian people you expect Polish-Ukrainian brotherhood? You are very naive, and don't really understand what happened. Hey, I wish the Polish people all the best - but not in Lviv! All the best in Warsaw and Cracow! My sie nie zgadzamy z polska interpretacja historji. Polska historja klamie.

  • I do understand that Ukrainians do not agree with polish history so not all Poles agree with what Ukraininas say- my point is that we no more care who L'viv belongs to- most important is its wellfare and dialog between both nations, We -Poles concider Ukrainians as closest brothers, not Russians nor Czech and all we want is to live in unity and peace with our great neighbour despite of interpretations of history because history will always say different thing depending on person speaking out!

  • "Polish colonization, polonization and economic discrimination of the Ukrainian people"

Bullshit, you just lost in fair competition and followed after our culture, there was absolutelly no discrimination becouse of religion or nationality, maybe with exception of few years before war.

Stop reading that communist bullshit propaganda!

  • I certainly agree with you - long live Ukrainian and Polish brotherhood! Sometimes it's better to forget the unpleasantries of history and move on in peace and harmony to a better and more promising future!

  • If Lviv can be in the EU, I'd hope it would dissolve animosity. Europeans need to unite under the umbrella of democracy and democratic accountability. That is my dream:-)))

  • Everybody knows Lemberg is a Polish city. UA, artificial state made of stolen territories from its neighbors:)

  • It is not a artificil state - if u look back in history- Ukraine was recognised by Crown (Poland ) and Grand Duchy of Lithuania as equal part of Commonweath- look at state emblem from that tome cntaining three national symbols (Pol/Lith/Ukrain)-go back to school!

  • its kind of wierd to call lviv cradle of Ukraine nation, it was Polish city for more than 600 years... i dont ask You to give Poland lviv back but just try to live with the truth, come on 600 years in Poland, and 60 in Ukraine, theres something wrong in calling it the cradle of ukraine nation, peace anyway and see You in euro2012

  • Polish Lwów is a cradle of Ukrainian nation?! Wow...

  • We don't want to seem rude to you, but before saying such things - read at list some historical books (means with objective truth)!

  • We don't want to seem rude to You either. Actually I've read many books about it and I know that even Stalin knew that Lwów is absolutely Polish. ("Churchill's War", Volume II)

  • Lviv was foundated by Earl Danylo in 1356 and called so devoted to his son Lev. Lviv has been the center on Galycko-Volynska country and Danylo was crowned and become the King

  • I don't care what happend in 1356. What I know is that for many centuries the majority of citizens were Polish. Yes, there were many nations in Lwów - but the spirit of the town was Polish.

  • If u don care what happened in 1356 then you should consider sucide

  • freddi57 I totally agree with you as every polish person should.

  • A mnie chuj obchodzi co bylo w 14 wieku we Wrocławiu, Gdańsku, Olsztynie, Szczecinie, bo większość mieszkańców i tych co tworzyli te miasta to Niemcy. Pffff

  • Comment removed

  • We realise that Lviv being one of the most beautiful and gorgeous towns in Europe is much wanted to be called Polish.

But don't forget you owe us Nadsyannya and Pidlyashshsya!

  • And if you don't know, we can tell you that Stalin has always been the enemy of UKRAINION NATION!

  • you are reading Churchil's books? you should read american books, they tell even more faulse truths ;)

  • Don't listen to this crap. It is just european town, that's why a lot of different-nation people are there. Lwow was, is and will be our's ukrainian town. There are also a lot of hungarians, moldovians etc... But still Carpathien mount. and mearby cities are our's.
