What did this kid do wrong rollerblade? If they wanted to cuff him why didn’t they do it when they took him off the rail, you can clearly see he was not trying to get away. WHY was it necessary to rip him down to the ground? I can see one DPS wind up and hit him with something and another Kick him while he was on the ground what gives them the Right to do this?

Isn't Bryant ranked one of the safest school's in the countr?. There's no way I would ever allow my daughter to attend this school if this is how they treat their students.

I think I would rather send her to a public institution where actual police officers can be held accountable for their actions.  I'm sure these (DPS) officers were not reprimanded for the beating of this poor student...

UMMMM, i witnessed this happening (i'm wearing the white shirt with blue art on it in the corner of the video). It was intense. Sorry dude, this was too nuts. Not DPS's fault at all. This kid would not settle down and was totally going after the DPS officers. Very uncool. They're there to protect us, and he was NOT cooperating. Sorry, I cannot support him at all.

@duckdgers23 from what people were telling me/what I've heard from other internet blogs, is that the kid supposedly decked one of the DPS officers while he was rollerblading around campus. If that's true, then I can see why all of them came after him once they finally found the kid. But yeah, that's just what I've heard/read

All I want to know is why that one DPS officer felt that it was necessary to choke the kid. If that was considered a normal amount of force I'm sure one of the other six would have been going for the choke as well.

The DPS officer was pursuing the man for an unknown reason but it is clear that he was pulled over by said man. It is not brutality to gang up on someone that has created a dangerous situation for DPS officers.

I've been the victim of police brutality before and this is not that. You can clearly see a DPS officer slumped over the barrier. The DPS officers then pick up that officer and pursue the man that was the culprit. Your parents don't pay thousands of dollars for you to go to this school for you to cause trouble and disrespect a department that is trying to keep the campus safe.
