1. It's a mash-up of Laurie Anderson's made-up language from the song Diva on Jean-Michel Jarre's 1984 album Zoolook (one of the coolest albums evah). So it's a made-up language made from a made-up language.

2. "In one moment, all the stars will go dark." (a child's voice, pitch-shifted 5 steps lower and then flanged). From a very trippy, somewhat unpleasant 70's movie called "The Little Prince" (based on a neato fantasy book). Bob Fosse plays a snake in it -- but he isn't in costume, he does it with slinky dance moves -- that's all anyone needs to know.
