I have a 2004 Supercharged Monte. I'm looking at doing some mods to it. I am thinking a 3.4" pulley, headers, a 180* stat, and a 3 inch down pipe. Do you think that is enough supporting mods for this size pulley?

hey with the xp cam do you have to shave the guides or retainers??? i know it has the most lift for the stock heads, but someone on a gtp forum said you needed to grind down the guides or retainers.. but i wasnt sure.

Hell on take off and it doesnt even hesitate it spins then gets right up too 60 before you have a chance too blink..

Hey did u have to change anything/ do anything to ur car to run those 42lbs injectors I just put some in my car and it started up then cut off, now it won't start?
That's crazy the same thing happend to me I ran a 3.0" on all most a stock set up an it Spun a rod bearing after a few months it had a loud knock at idle but when I rev'd it tha sound would almost go away and my oil pressure never dropped it stayed at 75 and it still had compreshion lol and there was no power lost
@GtPRiCH Not really sure to tell you the truth, It started knocking pretty hard, but the low oil pressure light never came on oddly. Haven't taken the bottom end apart, probably never will, but one odd thing was the the oil pressure relief valve was stuck all the way out, and wont move at least as of last time I looked(yesterday, but I took it off a while back and never looked at it tell then so idk lol), but maybe that had something to do with it...
Yea, too bad it took a dump on me the first real night out lol, im rebuilding it right now, with xpz cam, built tranny, torque converter etc. Should be pretty nice after that i would hope.
it's not the easiest/cheapest thing to fix lol. i'm trying though lol, i'm on house arrest right now, so there's not much i can do, but i wanted to post this video to show what a gtp with a couple mods could do. cause there's not many xp cam acceleration videos on here.
