You can easily have a balanced diet by being a vegan, studies show that you are more likely to have a balanced diet as a vegan compared to a meat eater, because vegans look more carefully at what they eat :)
All the protein, minerals, vitamins, essential fatty acids etc. are easily attainable in a vegan diet...
Your diet will not become unbalanced if you exclude meat or dairy from it.
@punjabiveganvet89 Unless you don't make sure to get enough fat, when people are unbalanced on a vegan diet it's usually a lack of good healthy fat (hemp seeds, flax seed, olive oil, coconut oil, avocado, nuts and seeds, etc..) and sometime too much refined carbohydrate and sugar.
