Why is there a "Dr." in front of Catherine's name? She's absolutely clueless. No one is hardwired or genetically programed to be unhappy(1:17). I did get something out of this though. When she said identify what makes you unhappy(1:37), I realized that she makes me unhappy...one problem solved :)... BTW I think this should have been called the Kathie Lee and Sidekick show, where the sidekicks will occasionally be allowed to speak...Oh yes, and a plug for Joyce Meyers and Angelus Temple?
