Also, most popular music comes from USA, because they r simply the most propagated nations in the world, everyone loves the Irish for their accent and drinking habits. That's a common misconception of average lifespan. Because the average was driven down by the high infant mortality both at birth and the first years of childhood, if you survived to adulthood you could expect to be much older than the "average lifespan". If you were 30 you would be likely to live around 30 years more. Anyway I'm sure he would have done wonderful things if he had lived longer.

That means that if you had reached your 20s in half-way good health, as Mozart had, then you had quite good chances of living into your 50s or 60s. Instead of that, Mozart died in his mid 30s after a short illness. Such an occurence wasn't totally uncommon, but it certainly was bad luck.

The only way Beethoven wouldn't have been a musician is if he died really early or something, or became horrendously poor and couldn't afford anything. Mozart and Beethoven did meet briefly in their lifetimes, and got along well.
