Stop comparing Mozart and Beethoven, they are both great, enjoy their music, BTW Beethoven's early works were very influented by this Genius You are watchin'
@Lolita5025 Oh, give me a break! DaVinci, Beethoven and Mozart were all artistic geniuses. Jobs was simply a money and power hungry businessman who knew how to put good teams together. He wasn't the brains behind any of the technology. I'm so sick of this idolization of one of the nastiest and greediest men who ever lived.
@athletmuscl I don't recall idolizing him, just said he was ahead of his time. He masterminded some great technology that other companies had to race to keep up with. It's interesting to me how worked up people can get about innocent comments over the internet, my goodness. Genius is genius, in spite of his temper. I recall hearing that Beethoven was no sweetheart either...
@MsWaterdude No I don't. I am a complete idiot. Please, educate me, I am sadly lacking in all there is to know, especially since 'anything' encompasses 'everything'.
@SecretPancaked Because I KNOW that guy is a fucking dork and dorks need to be put in their place. Especially when they're robbing other peoples shit.
Mozart would have beat the shit out of this dickhead had he known him.
While the film "Amadeus " has many historical inaccuracies, one scene is very special to me . . . When Salieri is looking over Mozart's sheet music and is so painfully aware of the unattainable level of perfection that Mozart has achieved with his music. poor salieri lol
I just wonder what he would be able to do with today's technology. Listening to this music is what leads me to believe that Steve Vai is the reincarnation of Mozart.
He died because he drank to much, but damn it, when he was drunk and acting like a smart ass that's when his true and most powerful songs came out, so being drunk isn't a bad thing after all lol
very full of joy and energy, really close to the Toscanini's version. Very well! Wish conductors like Leibowitz were esxisting now... this execution is a non plus ultra.
@ghostdancer1984 Excuse me, but deaf? Did you hear of somebody called Ludwig Van Beethoven? Because if not, then I'll tell you that he was deaf but he was a genius. And also, blind? Have you heard of somebody called Johann Sebastian Bach? If not, I'll tell, he was a genius too. So please, make up your mind before writing this type of comment of a classical music video.
@rkj1963 because the austrian king of the time(Leopold I think) was himself a composer, and he invested a lot of money into art, especially music. Also, most popular music comes from USA, because they r simply the most propagated nations in the world, everyone loves the Irish for their accent and drinking habits. And Australia...not much from there I think
@QueerOldDean Pull up any of the books regarding Mozart's personal letters on google books and search for the word "god". You will probably come to a different opinion on Mozart's association with his god.
@ElozzKnifefork OH! sorry lol but you are right I don't even mention his name anymore, we should start with calling him, "it". Words have power so lets take away "it's" power by refraining from using his name.
That's a common misconception of average lifespan. Because the average was driven down by the high infant mortality both at birth and the first years of childhood, if you survived to adulthood you could expect to be much older than the "average lifespan". If you were 30 you would be likely to live around 30 years more. Anyway I'm sure he would have done wonderful things if he had lived longer.

His life span is short to modern standards, but was quite close to the average back in his days. Then again, the richness of life is not measured in length.
@haoest the short average lifespan in Mozart's days was, to a large part, caused by high infant and child mortality. That means that if you had reached your 20s in half-way good health, as Mozart had, then you had quite good chances of living into your 50s or 60s. Instead of that, Mozart died in his mid 30s after a short illness. Such an occurence wasn't totally uncommon, but it certainly was bad luck.
Writing great music and communicating with Mozart through letters or something. The only way Beethoven wouldn't have been a musician is if he died really early or something, or became horrendously poor and couldn't afford anything. Mozart and Beethoven did meet briefly in their lifetimes, and got along well.
@Herke83 he may have died young coz of his lifestyle, but damn he lived!!! lived like a rockstar!!!! my teacher told me that he really liked to party and that he used to spend so much money on clothes just like the king did, wow!

Gentlemen ... gentlemen ... rock music in all its forms (especially progressive) .. is the new classical music ..!!!... so this magnificent work of one of the best .... Amadeus ... penetrates the ears, through the pores and hits the soul ...
@Katiecatkitty It's funny, it doesn't work with me. I always lose focus and pay attention only to the music. Sometimes I like this caracteristic of me, but most of the time I wish I could do both at the same time too. Its kinda of sad actually...

@Katiecatkitty It's funny, it doesn't work with me. I always lose focus and pay attention only to the music. Sometimes I like this caracteristic of me, but most of the time I wish I could do both at the same time too. Its kinda of sad actually...
