The song is from 'Portrait of an American Family' but the video was released around the time of 'Smells Like Children' (possibly because whatever the parent company of Interscope is didn't think 'Sweet Dreams' would make a good single :S ). There's a different version on '... Children' called 'Dairy of a Dope Fiend' and a remix of this version.
