This game should've been so much better. I bought it new, expecting something like the SNES game; mostly car racing, along with a few action sequences. At least a storyline of some sort. I was terribly let down. Only three different race tracks and that's it? No story mode? Not good. I think the only saving grace (at least for the American version; not sure if this version has it) is that the game features the original title sequence from the TV show.

Thats weird/funny. Thats the first game I've ever seen in Full English. The closest I've seen that had almost full English was the Dragon Ball Playstation series. They had English Menus, but when you got into the storyline, or Character selection it didn't. Lol.

@Slaven152 you can tell it's the Japanese version because the name of the game is "Mach Go Go Go" not "Speed Racer." some Japanese games are in English strangely enough. :P

Snakes cars isn't in the game to my knowledge but you do have Racer X's car and the GRX aswell as a souped up Mach 5 which lighlty resembles the Gundam wannabe from the 2000 Speed Racer anime remake (which wasn't that good). The other cars look like re-painted Ridge Racer cars.

Mostly, you could use them to take shortcuts. You could also use the sawblades to make other cars to go flying if you wanted to, but Racer X would scold you during the replay for poor sportsmanship.
