Aroy mak Kha! very delicious with warm steamed jasmine rice and fried mackerel. The best way is to eat this meal with our fingers not a spoon. A Thai Village style!

Thank you for the question! The fact is shrimp paste is very rich and salty already, there is no need of fish sauce.
