just found your video and can so totally relate......my first round of hives lasted 18 months. 9 specialists, 12 blood tests and 2 24-hour urine tests, they still have no idea what causes them. i am now on round 2 and have had them about 6 weeks. i would love your diet plan so if you can share, please let me know.
I don't have time right now to read through alll the comments again, but are you sensitive to salicylate ? It sounds like the diet you are on would be low in them. I am really hoping that is not my problem (though consuming a lot of cayenne during my Master Cleanse has not been aggravating the hives; on the contrary I had none one morning!)
I have had hives for 3 years now doctors have no idea why i have them every day and benadryl i take 100 tablet bottle a month and im so tired i cant sleep due to the itching and its wrecking my life because the benadryl isn't helping much anymore.
benedryl is one of the worst AH ..try a small name remedy " ceritizine hydrochloride " or if you are brave take a stand and get as natural as possible with your diet - food is your medicine - BIGPHARMS are killing us all
thank you very much for posting your experiences. Doctors don't seem to know, or really care and take hives seriously, at least that's been my experience.
Also, do I need to get some kind of blood test to see if I am deficient in anything? Is that what you did? Sorry if I'm asking lots of questions but this has been driving me crazy for 7 years and I've tried lots of other things, but nothing has worked and I'm hoping your protocol may give me some relief. If you could email it to me so I could read more into it I'd be very grateful! Thanks heaps.
I had several blood tests done, but none tested for nutritional deficiencies. A naturopathic doctor knew I was suffering from a digestive problem involving food sensitivities after 10 minutes of listening to me describe my symptoms. Needless to say, I wish I had considered an alternative healthcare provider sooner. They can't always fully explain a cause/solution relationship, but they frequently fix the problem. That, to me, is the most important thing - not giving the disorder a name.
Hi Kasey/Casey (sorry not sure how it's spelt!) Can I ask you more about who I need to see (i.e. which type of professional) who can diagnose me with 'autoimmune' urticaria? Doctors seem to know the least about this, so I'm wondering if some other alternative health therapist would be better? Who was able to help you diagnose yours? I have had what an allergy specialist doctor told me was 'idiopathic' urticaria since the end of 2002, so if anyone knows how you feel, I do!
I'm unclear as to why it helps to have the diagnosis of an autoimmune reaction, but if it's important to you to know that you have autoimmune urticaria antibodies, I recommend seeing an allergy/immunology specialist and asking for an Autoimmune Urticaria index. If they don't know what that is, go to someone else. An alternative healthcare provider will likely not care what it's called, but focus on how to fix it. Autoimmune conditions show evidence of problems in the body in multiple systems.

My apologies for the delay on the video and other things... I'm technically challenged.

Hi thanks for doing these videos. Certainly a relief to see someone experience the same thing, and find some sort of remedy.
Will there be a part 2? and how can I contact you for the the pdf of the diet plan..
Thanks!
