he's nowhere near bust, he just hasn't asserted himself yet, sometimes it takes a lot for it to happen. Look at Bynum, at one point he was considered a huge bust, he got talked about a few times, heard his name in possible trade rumors and now he's a 20 and 10 guy. Oden a number one draft pick on the other hand, who was supposed to be the next "Shaq" is barely a force. Ty is good and has the skills but we have yet to see him be consistent. If he manages to then he'll be real good.

The Truth is top 10 at best. He's still not what he was like in the 2003 season. While I agree that he is top 5 in ability to score he's nowhere near Hall of Fame entry. Not saying he won't make it, but as of now he wouldn't or at least wouldn't be considered til a long time after wards. He has a solid resume but outside of Boston there's not much to his name except Finals MVP who many believe belonged to Ray Allen. Just being an All-Star doesn't cut it anymore.
