  • Thank you for this great video,

  • if they put a lein on my home and a few years later i get an ingertance, could they go after the money in my acct AFTER they sue me and put a lein on my home?

  • I agree that bankruptcy isn't a great option. Where your debt problems are caused by credit cards, there may be a better option. You can fight the damn things when they try to collect.

  • You are so good in this video (haven't watched the other ones). I like your video. Keep it up. I know over 100k Canadians are filing bankrupcy every year, so bankruptcy becomes more common with people saving less or none and buying more on credit. There is so much freedom in using cash only... cash is king, credit is slavery.

  • Bankrupty is RARELY a good idea. The behavioral problem of fiscal irresponsibility is not addressed when people look for the easy way out.

  • This video is pretty interesting, does that make me a nerd? We might be able to work together. I help people who have file bankruptcies get a cash settlement

  • Hyperinflation - it's 2010. didn't happen. next idiot

  • Yeah I agree that if you're defaulting on purpose so that you can re negotiate with the CAs or your creditor, you must have the financial discipline. You cannot afford to be expensive, buying all the stuff that you wish to. This is the time that you need to be frugal and save up as much money as you can to pay off your debt when the CA or creditor agrees on the negotiated amount. If you don't have the money, you don't have the ground on which you will negotiate with the CA or the creditor.

  • How much net profit do you make per week? How much time per week do you spend to make that profit? Tell me what is the ratio between these parameters and I tell you if you work to live or live to work.

Ideal life would be the one that allows you not to work while having access to unlimited resources (money). How far are you from that point? For example Bill Gates is very close to that point.

I cant even raise the money to go bankrupt.

  • We need to be kicked in the butt, just for killing and take American Indian lands and putting them on concentration camps!

I hope they make more casinos just so the could put every migrating immigrants( white) on city concentration camps!( New York, San Francisco)........................!

It's sad Americans are in a state of blinded guilt!

  • very interesting, thanks for the info

  • pretty helpful information about debt and bankruptcy issues. for more info vist debtsolutionshome. com for free objective information regarding bankruptcies and debt solutions.

    Thanks

    God bless.

  • im one of those credit card debtors and i admit i need more that 1 hard kick in the rear from the creditor before they settle for less weact like children so we should be treated as such not speaking for those who had medical billsand such

  • I like what you're doing. Your ideals are right on. I work in the credit repair industry, and what you are saying is pretty much right on. I know of the people of which you speak. The facade of wealth. It's also interesting to note that all of my very wealthy clients have a need to let me know how much money they have. It's almost like clockwork, it happens every time. Yet, they couldn't finance a hot dog. Keep up the good work and thank you.

  • like any GOOD car, you HAVE to keep the oil changed

  • Why do Bains and Ernst, a British Company have their banner come up on the front of this American video. The information is totally irrelevant to the British viewer. Absolute RUBBISH.

  • Chapter 13. Go to a bankruptcy attorney and explain your situation and he'll tell you what to do with maybe ten words. But how do you pay an attorney when your broke? Well he'll most likely tell you to stop paying your creditors and with the money you'll have you can pay his fee. And when the collectors call you give them your attorney's telephone number and he'll take care of the harrassment calls. Then when you go to bankruptcy court you'll be out of that courtroom in maybe fifteen minutes.

  • Bankruptcy rules! Everyone should do it and then never use a credit card for the rest of your life.

  • Our taxes DO NOT pay for services.

We really owe NOTHING....because we borrowed NOTHING.

  • Do not try to pay down the debt-thats impossible.

Instead only try to realize the truth

    What is the truth?

    THERE IS NO DEBT!

Then youll see that it is not the debt that enslaves you but only yourself.

  • That's cute. From the Matrix right? There is no SPOON! Good insight! Perfect allegory.

  • Yes. I have been seeing a lot things. ITs amazing when a bank say you owe them a certain amount and then they keep sending you letters that they will settle for less and less...if I really owed the initial amount, isnt that what I really owe?

  • That is epic! lolollol

  • first of all, you sound american....so bying a toyota or nissan....is wrong....thats why this country is in a mess...you need to buy american!!!

  • if i bought american i would be in more debt when that car breaks down

  • One method for saving for the undisciplined, though you get no interest, is to pay additional taxes. This is presuming your employer doesn't offer a voluntary retirement plan. When you get the refund the following year, invest it all at once.

You barely notice losing the $25/paycheck, but when you throw that $1,000+ into an IRA, or even a CD, it feels really good.

  • I watched this video twice because I really like your message. I said so much in under ten minutes that can really change lives. I wish I had watched this before I put my self in debt, although my debt insignificant by other standards, I don't like debt and I wholeheartedly agree with all your points.

  • Try to make simple life and avoid personal loan . Good thinking

  • Excellent and entirely prudent views and advice.

    Here is wisdom.

  • Neither a borrower nor a lender be.

    Polonius - Hamlet by Shakespeare

  • One of the worst things I've heard of are credit card companies offering a free pizza to sign up for a credit card.

  • Financial: Those credit card companies are gonna be offering free Blow jobs to sign up for new cards soon*

  • LOL!!! Most likely they will get women from 3rd world countries to do that for you...

  • LOL - that's so funny! It's like.... "Buy a Ferrari, and we'll give you a free windshield wiper!"

  • thanks mate! great video!

  • So if you File Chapter 7 it does not mean your going to get it?

What can they take from you if you file i am trying not to file, but i am really looking at my situation cutting lot of stuff back to make payments?

But any info can help me make my Decsions

  • SMARTWALLETdotORG

  • Your advice sounds very sensible. I've found myself in over my head with debt and these are good tips. I've favorited this vid. Thanks again and God bless!

  • Oh shit I CANNOT live without debt.

  • I have used a credit card clear dept salution service . some crediters worked with us and some didn't we still got sued . some were very rude and were very disunderstanding or not careing .

Thanks for your video , you have made some good points.

  • Thanks a lot for this great video u have enlighten me on so many areas.

    Thank you God bless you

You are now my financial role model !!!!!!

  • Great video!

  • ACN...LOL! oh the memories! I almost bought into that scam.

  • i wouldnt recommend people to save 150 dollars. I would recommend to save 150 dollars in the form of silver ounces.

  • Controversial video? HELL NO, Daniel. The last thing most people should do is better their credit score; they'll just abuse it again for the NEXT decade!

  • Timothy Geithner ---- But they can fool all all the people all the time ++yes we can !! hahah

in 2002 he left the Treasury to join the Council on Foreign Relations as a Senior Fellow in the International Economics department.[14] At the International Monetary Fund he was director of the Policy Development and Review Department (2001-2003).[8]

In October 2003, he was named president of the Federal Reserve Bank of New York.[15]

  • Very good information and financial approach, thanks for sharing.

  • I disagree. You have to borrow as much as you can. Pull all the equity out of your house. Spend everything on gold and stash it. Then yell: I'm a victim, bail me out.

If you don't get bailed out , it means you're bailing out someone else. Don't be a sucker!

  • juneride, you are 100% right! You forgot to then organize into a bank, loan yourself money, default and apply for more bailout money. Start up a ponzi scheme but sell it to a sucker and get out before anyone finds out.

    Then buy more gold.

  • Yeah thats a great idea, but put the gold into a swiss account, then leave the country and start a new life in china.

  • You sir, are one smart person. I only wish I knew this a few years ago I would've refinanced the hell out of my house, too late now because it's value is gone to nothing.

  • Now that the czman drivel is over on to real discussion:

I have a friend that is an auto dealer and has access to the local auctions. Last night was cold here so not many people were there to bid up the cars. I told him I would like an SUV or full sized coupe so he could make the decision of what to get.

He picked up a '07 Impala with low miles for $6100. Should I pay with a check or with the cash I have under my mattress? He wants it today.

    I am debt free otherwise.

  • time share meetings?

  • Daniel, any chance you could do a vid for newbys that know zip on that is happening.. I was at a tea the other day and the ladies their have no idea what is happening. I would love to give them a link to you where they could learn and know why they should be preparing. Maybe you already have one... ? Thanks

  • No one really knows what is actually happening, the meltdown has progressed from a single incident, Chuch Shumer putting out an open letter claiming that a bank in California was going to fail and subsequently forced a run on that bank, causing it to fail.

People should: get out of debt, save for an emergency and downsize.

  • sorry, Chuck Shumer was his name.

Now he's running the banking game.

    Go figure.

  • Thank You so much for this information!!!

  • Gold to 10 grand an ounce? Why do we think that gold will hit $10,000.00 in the next 2 years?

  • Daniel, I'm a bankruptcy attorney in NY. Nice video.

I would caution you, however, to research the circumstances on the ground in Iceland right now, before pronouncing that gold could one day pay off one's debts. Gold is not trading at the official Kroner rate. It's trading at artificial pre-crash levels. While it preserved wealth, it did not increase it there. Very interesting outcome. Please research and address this in a future video.

  • jemini, you must see bankrupcy day in and day out.

    1. What forms of bankrupcy are availble to individuals today?

    2. How do they differ?

    3. Do they all relinquish individuals of their debt while leaving their houses and cars intact?

  • Right on brother! We must be in control of OUR finances; NOT the lenders. That's why negotiating better terms, interest rates, etc. is a must! By the way, watch out for the debt consolidation companies, most of them are just looking to make a buck off of naive people.

  • My Wife is so passive aggressive, last Valentines Day, she got me a book entitled 101 New Ways to Make Love (she knew it was a misprint) I was in traction for a week.

  • Now that the economy is bad, my wife's idea of a cook out is a fire in a garbage can.

  • My Wife's cooking was so bad we used to pray after we ate. And she was always up on the latest fads. When her Old Man died she had him frozen. Now, I have to pick him up off the floor whenever I grab a snack out of the freezer.

  • They should keep gambling out in the Desert. Now they have those slot machines in the supermarkets. I sent my wife in for a pack of Rolos, milk, and salad dressing. That little trip cost me $827.37

  • She even taught our dog to beg for Alka Selzer.

  • And thd X wasn't as good looking as she said she is. I heard she got a new job at the Prison curing sex offenders. I remember, she would kiss the dog on the lips but wouldn't drink out of my glass.

  • Yeah, I remember the time we had an argument at the table. She wanted me to take out the garbage. I told her you cooked it, you take it out. Every year in the Spring, the flys would repair the screen door. You couldn't leave dental floss around the kitchen sink. The roaches would find it and hang themselves.

  • lol. My ex's idea of cooking was to go out to eat, me buying.

We are talking about credit cards getting people into trouble. We used to go the the Hilton in Vegas and she was a 'high roller'. We got everything comped, room, food, booze and she gambled like crazy. She managed to win enough to keep going for a while until she lost everything then she would hit the ATM with her CC for a few thousand so she could keep going.

  • and then there was the time we were out looking for quality affordable used cars and I found her dress on the back seat.

  • that's classic. I found new panties she didn't wear around me. By then she had become so witchy I was hoping she had found someone more desperate than I was when I met her.

The phone calls taken in her car were another clue.

  • Yeah, I know what ya mean. Take my last Wife for instance. She gave a whole new mean to the concept of passive aggressive. The little things would add up like forgetting the difference between an oral and rectal thermometer. You'd think she'd remember, being an RN and all.

  • Daniel...a friendly correction. Regarding Eurpacific Capital: Each advisor has his/her own style of investing and managing assets. They are independent financial advisors each with their own style. P Schiff is the managing partner of the OSJ(Office of Supervisory jurisdiction). The advisors with his OSJ pay him 10% of their Gross income to take advantage of the office environment and may or may not follow his style of investing. But make sure Shiff sends you a check for the endorsement, bro.

  • I think you have forgotten 1 other option, MAN UP! I had almost 10,000 in debt on 2 cards and I cut every non essential expense and payed everything down in 8 months. Budgeting and perseverance are powerful tools.

  • Visionvictory LIVE, Jan 17th 9AM pacific on blog TV

  • American Woman stay away from me.... tv has them programmed to have champagne tastes on a beer budget. Why, some men will marry for looks. Some women marry for money. That makes it all "Respectable" arranged marriages were no better.

  • ghosty, the last woman I was with kept saying how I 'didn't know how to treat a woman'. The funny thing is she said the same thing to the next 2 guys she moved in with and leeched off of. I guess if she acted like a woman guys would treat her like one.

  • Visionvictory not sure how to interpret watch... with mobile. What is the name? Also Geeks are done. no money to spend on toys. Wal-Mart star continues to rise...or is that a bad moon?

  • Bad moon? You notice the "Red Star" in the middle dont you? Walmart has souled its soul to the CCP.Its an Anti-Christ Company, just like IBM and Ford and GM,who profited and basically established themselves off Jewish blood during the Holocaust; indulging with the Nazi's while many burned in the oven, just like today in Mainland China enticed by Slave Labour and Brutal advocation of profiting over human life and at its expense.

Soul Stirring reality awaits when what is coming, Manifests.

  • mitchee says:

    bwahahahhahahhahahahahaaa

I have seen EVIL and it's WALMART and Ford and GM and IBM!!!!!! Be afraid, be very afraid!!!!!!!!!!!! bwahahhahahhaha

Actually, I think that you don't know that it was the Nazi's who killed the jews, not American union-run car makers. But I'm sure that you have been listening to the skinheads and not reasonable people.

  • Yes but these Antichrist corporations are just as guilty. Dont you see what is going on????

Morality i have been told is now just an "opinion". Morality is on its death bed dying my friend, and When most remain silent when FDR turned the Jewish boats around, and now our Bushy regime in bed with the CCP in China, with Walmart as its profit demon, Taxation without representation, a treasonous Congress, The Federal Reserve,IRS,you tell me whats in store for America? Catastrophe. But...

  • watch?v=0HpMJdwtngI

  • Danny, the video is unavailable brother.

    peace,

    Mitch

  • give it some time, its still loading. thx

  • its not women, its most of america

  • It's not me or most people I know are in the phoney fake wealth credit lifestyle.

  • I wish I had a wife like yours all these women I keep meeting love that phoney fake wealth credit lifestyle and they dont even earn that much money, theyve all got debts up to the eyeballs, want to eat at the most expensive places

I live like exactly as you have explained and they look at me like im nuts can someone explain to me why these women wont wake up and see sense????

they are going to get a harsh lesson during this collapse

  • prepare, I must be meeting the same women. Do yours have about 2 houses worth of garbage they drag around with them because they just can't throw anything away?

Let's have lunch someday after the collapse.

  • clownjms run away from these women they will spoil yr preparations, got one determined to hang to a house thats going into negative equity and still drive a new BMW whilst her jobs in danger

sure lets meet will add you, checkout a guy called robert blumen got 2 reports called 'end game hyperinflation' and another called 'bernankeism'

  • default is not fraud its legal

  • Great video! Thanks for sharing it with us.

  • of course they are printing money the bail out money doesnt come out of thin air! on top of that they have slashed the interest rate to zero, why do you think they hid the m3 money supply, your savings are taking a beating

  • prepare, I just checked and my savings is still there. Thanks for the scare.

  • your saving may still be there but the purchasing power is dimishing, Im from the uk pull up a chart and look at how much the pound has fallen against the swiss franc since this crises has started this is a good example. remember the CHF is 40% backed by gold reserves

  • prepare, have you ever been to the states?

I visited England twice and was amazed at the prices of everything. Outright things cost 2x pound for dollar and on top of it the exchage rate was 3 for 2, making most things a good 3 times the cost of things here. I realize that England has been populated for about 2000 years? There isn't much land left there to spoil, unlike America, we have tons.

  • We are now entering a new economic era. It's a mix of hyperinflation, stagflation, inflation, deflation, recession, depression, unemployment, increased money supply, tarp and more.

It will officially be called for the next 4 years: OBOMANATION.

And you thought change was a good thing.

  • true but we will snap out of deflation and into inflation then into a severe depression with hyper inflation.

  • You question our snap team of congress, senators and new president? Shaw, how can you question such intelligence as our elected officials and the people running the country? I have no doubt in their superior intelligence and guidence skills - along with their super abilities to steal the country blind! I have no doubt we can tarp and tax and spend our way out of this silly little mess. Isn't it funny how the dem led congress and senate can wipe out 10 years of growth and proits in 3 months?

  • Americans never question why they have big houses, multiple cars, 100 clothes, 100 bags, 100 shoes etc. What did you people do to deserve all off that?. Your economy is unsustainable because it expands exponentially based on how much people consume. Your experimental capitalistic economy is done. Capitalism and free markets is an oxymoron. Americans have to live like a 3rd world country for 10 years before they see a recovery...Piling on more debt just postpones the evitable.

  • ohhh, blackvivaldi, it's called 'success'. The difference between me and you is:

"I would like all 3rd world countries to enjoy our level of success"

    you would like to see:

"America brought down to the 3rd world standard of living"

    Am I correct?

  • what level off success?...I would rather be in a 3rd worlds country and be free than in america...how many old immigrants do u see in this country?...none...is because we come here to take advantage and then leave...We do your dirty work so its mutually beneficial...America is not all bad but its about to be...you people just got lazy...instead of working hard and saving money, u use credit...your govt taxes away all your money to prop up the lazy people with food, shellter and medicine etc...

  • blackviv, you agree with me that you want to destroy America instead of rising 3rd world citizens.

Who are you talking about - "lazy, using credit, not working or saving" that's not me. I work 60 hours a week plus.

But keep giving the 3rd world individuals a handful of rice and watch them die of AIDS. That's your compassion.

  • US is down and weak because its marrow has been sucked out by that blood sucking parasite, namely the Chinese Communist Party, and our dollars have become tainted by the Blood of the Institutionalized Slavery Market, orchestrated by the Chinese Communist Party for at Least the last decade.

America's Saving's grace is the CCP's downfall and complete destruction.

This will come soon within, my personal belief is within 3-5years.

    cheers,

    Mitch

  • I see what the ccp is. I hope for the communist part to disappear and the people to be as successfull as I am. That's my wish for each and every one of them.

  • And its my Birthday today, so I will not lie to you.

  • 3-5 years or less.

  • And a very happy birthday to you. And many more to come.

I don't hate people that disagree with me. I do enjoy trading opinions.

  • Its a pleasure to talk to you brother. Youtube needs to go like Skype did, with their Skypecasts. A Skypecast is when people like us talk to each other face to face and interact. Its fantastic and better than communicating like this.

However, the CCP shutdown the Skypecasts into Mainland China, because Skype's boss bowed to the CCP's demands of censorship and violation of free speech. Our country has become Communistic, no Socialistic. Gerald Celente is the few people who know.

    cheers bro.

  • Success in the biggest land grabbing in the human history, that is absolutely. I wonder where countries like Ghana are going to find an opportunity to steal that much...

  • czman, who stole the land of Italy so you could live there?

  • Well, I can tell: people who were not hiding conquest under the guise of acting for the sake of the whole humanity.

There are rapists and rapists: some rape and assume they rape because they enjoy it.

Other rape and fall in denial: they dont rape because they enjoy it, they rape for the sake of their victim. They sacrifice for the sake of their victim.

Hey, rape is rape but still, one displays personal responsibility, the other, well...

Ah oh, I forgot to tell: the US stresses personal res.

  • I love what you are doing for the people that will listen and heed the warnings you are giving. I appreciate it and always look forward to the next video about life changes, I have started awhile ago.

  • thx for the comments

  • Hi Daniel,

I just listened to Jack Crooks on Howe Street about currencies and how the currency world is changing. I just want to hear your pov on this interview. It is not a long interview. I hope you listen to it. I am wondering if I should get out of the MERK fund. Please let me know if you listen to that interview.

The site is: Howe Street . com delete spaces.

  • Bank of America to receive additional $20 billion

Two weeks after closing its purchase of Merrill Lynch at the urging of U.S. regulators, the government cemented a deal at midnight Thursday to supply Bank of America with a fresh $20 billion capital injection and absorb as much as $98.2 billion in losses on toxic assets, according to people involved in the transaction.

Coming soon to a theater near you: US REPUDIATES DEBT- WORLD FALLS INTO CHAOS.

  • Citigroup Splits Into Two After Losing $8.3 Billion

Citigroup, scrambling to survive losses triggered by the credit crunch, unveiled plans to split in two and shed troubled assets, and reported a quarterly loss of $8.29 billion.

Hey, what happened to pull yourself up by the bootstraps! Remember welfare reform, three strikes and you're out? Well, we now give welfare to bankers-Citigroup got 45 B from the govt in xchange for preferred shares and billionaire thieves-Madoff gets house arrest!

  • Circuit City to liquidate remaining US stores

Bankrupt Circuit City Stores Inc., unable to work out a sale of the company, said Friday it will go out of business — closing its 567 U.S. stores and cutting 30,000 jobs.

  • How does one buy gold? Thanks.

  • Daniel, thanks for all your videos. I really admire you, you are a wonderful person. God bless you.

  • bendover said: "I just explained why fiat money was invented."

Yes, a currency fully backed by gold and silver is not 'fiat' currency.

Could you name one country on Earth that (today) backs it's money with gold or silver? I'd really like to see one that has the resources to be able to do that.

  • Kennedy may have accomplished this if it had not been for his assasination. Lincoln had the civil war financed by our government, not central banks. Andrew Jackson's headstone says "I killed the banks". Your question is legit, but our current theft of Americans is not.

  • bendover, "if's and but's are for nuts"

The Kennedy's have been destroying this country for about 100 years.

Reid is now killing the banks.

  • This whole box you live in is nothing but "if's and but's", and I am proud to be called nut's. Reid is the bank.

  • thanks for your advice to my questions-you always got quality things to say-please keep up the good work

  • czman, where did you hear that gold mining was prohibited for non-US citizens? Go to the Black Hills in South Dakota and find out for yourself before making such stupid and false comments.

  • From the different laws regulating the issue.

Of course, by gold mining, I did not mean working for US gold mining societies. This of course is open to non US citizens.

  • I have noticed how the last few months the media has been comparing Obama to FDR.

The day after FDR's inauguration he declared a bank holiday for four days and all banks nationwide closed down.

I believe a silent run on banks is already happening and will soon be audible.

They always warn us about what they plan to do in advance. Sometime after his inauguration I expect to see another bank holiday.

    What do you think?

  • Vision, you should to start a blog. Supa is doing it and it is great.

  • Everyone Urgent:

Today i went into Bank Of America and i asked the teller if people are taking their money out and how the banking system is in major crisis. She told me that TODAY, BOA, installed an entire new system, geared to regulate the amount of withdrawals. I actually tested it out, by withdrawing my money, and luckily all came out (around a grand). We are very close now, as the Banks are preparing for the Runs.

Get your Money out and Stock up on rice and canned food.

  • Open a account at a credit union mitchee.

  • oohhhh, a thousand dollars... must have taken a long time to save up that much. I had the runs once and it wasn't pretty...

Panic is what destroys civilization. The FDIC insures your money to $250,000 and it's all numbers in a computer somewhere so what's the bid diff?

I read somewhere there is about $500 cash in circulation for every man, woman and child in America. A run on the banks will cause failures where none exist and you will be cutting your own and your neighbor's throat.

  • Buckfarack1, you misunderstand me. It hasnt limited 95% of the people yet. It did not limit me. Just prepare for this limitation and massive banking crisis to explode. An entire new regulatory system waiting in the wings for the winds to change, and the seasons change, and the cuck hits the fan my friend.

These sheep BOA tellers dont even know it yet. You just talk the truth from what you learn from each of our channels and they will expose what they really think.

    Prepare.

  • What 'massi ve banking crisis' are you speaking of? The FDIC guarantees $250,000 per person, and not many people have that much cash in any one bank.

You think a teller is some sort of fountain of knowledge? They are there because they can't find a better paying job. Every one of them fantisize about getting robbed or robbing the bank themselves. Now the upper management are probably stripping any and all petty cash they can...

  • Just dont trust the FDIC. I do not, and what is coming mate, i trust you are spiritually prepared.

People call me negative, a doom and gloomer, but I aint no liar nor hold false pretenses. Whatever is coming, well...

You did here it from the Horses mouth didn't you? Old Bushy Boy himself.

    DEBT=CREDIT=GREED=MONEY=POWER=CORRUPTION=KILLING=CCP

  • mitchee, all that negativity will manifest itself into full blown cancer. Take a deep breath and smell the flowers and enjoy the day.

Yep, change is a comin'. I don't see it as 'good' change but I'm not obsessing about it. Roll with the punches and see what the country and world is like in 4 years.

  • mitchee you'd panic if your underpants weren't ironed.

  • Treasury and Bank of America near bailout deal

WASHINGTON Bank of America and the Treasury Department are near an agreement that will provide $15 billion to $20 billion in new government support to the banking giant, a source close to the discussions said Thursday. This source said that the injection of fresh capital will come from the government's $700 billion rescue fund and will be similar to assistance provided last November to Citigroup.

  • Support your local dollar tree/dollar store. It keeps them in business obviously, but I only say that for you! This is a big asset if you use it. Many household items are 50/100/200% or more less. Save the money and prepare.

  • good job, I hate those brands (nike addidas)

  • your backround sucks - pls work on this.

  • Defucijus - Nah! The background is just fine, no need for any glitz, that's what we are trying to get away from. Back to basics and the simple life I say.

  • No wonder John Belushi jettisoned himself with a speedball! We are looking worse than Animal House!

  • 80% of all credit card debt taken out before April 2007 are unenforceable, that means they can legally be written off without affecting your credit rating. The contract that your lender put to you is simply not legal.A lot of people are doing this.

  • This is very good advice, my wife and I have £15 a week each to spend on ourselves. The rest pays the bills and goes into savings. It's amazing but I don't feel like I'm missing out and the small things become treats, magazines or a Starbucks etc. I used to have £1000 a month to spend on myself and I always spent it. Now I earn less and save more and I don't feel like I'm missing out.....win win.

  • awesome! I have 2 dachshunds also. Great minds...

  • Thanks Daniel for your thoughts. I respect them. As for bankruptcy I believe it should only be used as a LAST resort. If one wants to live a more meaningful and less materialistic lifestyle one should start with one of the most significant non-material things our word. Honoring that first brings one freedom from the enslavement of materialism.

  • Please do a video on how you live/conserve money....asap :)

  • US gov't feels same about paying off its debt. It will pay all their creditors and never declare bankruptcy. To be continued when the end of the black hole is reached.

  • And as for my future being "limited". I'll have you know I live just fine, I use cash for everything I don't use nor do I need a car, I eat fresh good food, I live a simple life and refuse to buy into this system any longer.

  • All you guys...go ahead and pay your credit cards and starve when the depression hits! As for me I will survive...you can keep providing the Billionaires with their money like good little slaves...we are living in a cataclysmic time and I feel no obligation to keep paying "The Man" after we've been illegally taxed, charged outrageous interest and have had our basic necessities skyrocket...you just keep acting like slaves...NOT ME.

  • so brie, do you realize that the people that bring food walking distance to you rely on credit and if their credit ends you won't be able to eat? I sure hope you have some oz's of gold because if you get your way you might be able to survive an extra month on them.

  • What if you have no debt and you lose your job cannot find a new job; your unemployment ran out and cannot pay your house tax, electric bill, etc?

  • rocksiphone, there is always some work out there to do. Rake leaves, mow yards, shovel snow, work at a fast food restaurant, carry bricks etc.

If your expenses exceed your income, lower your cost of living. Don't go out to eat, don't buy new clothes, plan your driving to get everything in one trip.

If that doesn't work, downsize your house. Move in with your relatives until you are back on your feet. The recession won't last forever and some of us aren't participating.

    Hope this helps.

  • "Rake leaves, mow yards, shovel snow, work at a fast food restaurant, carry bricks etc.

" And this kind of labour has enough output to allow you to live on a territory like the US? Well...

  • Well, the socialist country of Italy will take care of you. Just don't you worry about the big bad America.

  • Everyone has to worry about the US, this temple of tyranny. Big guns, small brains, voracious appetite, deadly cocktail.

As to socialism, the whole US nation was built on governmental hand outs since the US government took the land from the natives to distribute it to its citizens. Very socialistic. Oh, there is also a socialistic control on natural resources in the US with gold mining for example being prohibited for non US citizens. Whatsoever...

  • How about if you cannot sell your home? There will be work out there, but can someone survive on 8 bucks an hour? Won't a lot of people need these jobs?

  • Amen Dan, thanks for your insights. I'm done with credit card debt. Locked them up and started to hammer out the payments. Still have some time to go, but by this summer I believe we'll be done. Next will be to payoff my care. Yes, you are right, we need to get back to a more simple life. I have be awaken and feel great about it. I'm not waiting for the stuff to hit the fan. Started accumalating lots of silver each payday. God Bless - Bob in NJ.

  • Have you talked to a realter about selling your home? Would you take a loss to protect your credit rating? Can someone survive on $8 an hour? There are people surviving on $50 a month and barrak yobama's brother lives on $1 per month (so much for taking care of his 'brothers').

Do you have some sort of skill or are you waiting for someone to knock on your door and offer you a $100k/year job? Get real.

  • "barrak yobama's brother lives on $1 per month "

As far as I know, he is living in Kenya.

I would like to see someone performing the trick in the US.

  • Many homeless don't actually make any money and are living off the streets.

I'm sure there are many in Italy, too.
