Yes, is good that people do not get crazy about workouts and eating healthy, but if you don't workout at least 5 hours a week you are literally wasting your time, you will never see results working out 2 hours a week... I also think she is under 30 y/o and she has a very slim body, and she may be working out a bit more than just 3 days a week, remember, to workout you don't need to go to the gym... Ask that to the people of Beachbody.
