oh wow, i used to love this series so much! Rob Newman's Terry Christian impression - far funnier than anything the real man ever said. It'd be so much better if i could watch the whole Mary Whitehouse experience again than have to put up with berks like him on "celebrity" big brother. The off button on my tv's never seen so much action. Thanks for posting these clips!

@OmegaRFox not sure when this went out on tv but used to listen and record it on radio one back in 1990 i belive it went on tv around not long after 1994 timeon BBC2 but was not as big a hit for some reason. (late reply i have only just started to look for as i am going to upload mine as and when i find them all out plus they still on cassette tapes)

The Word was worth watching if only for the Mark Lamarr interview with MC HAmmer where Mark dressed up as MC Hammer amd danced around. Classic moment in TV.
