  • Hi I've made this soup several times and I love it, but I'm currently out of the country and can not locate Italian Sausage. Does anyone know what I can use to replace the sausage? Ground Beef? Thanks

  • I just made this today and it came out sooooo good!! This is one of my favorite soups and thank you for posting this video! So easy!

  • Thank you so much for posting this video! It is my FAV soup and had no idea that I can make it at home. I will be making this week and will def let you know!!

  • Love it ..Thank you... The only change I made was I leave the skin's on the potatoes

  • Use a bigger knife to cut the bacon. Boning knives are meant to cut meat from bone and skin, like fish fillet. You'll save time and effort.

  • Thank you soo much for this wonderful video. It has clear instructions and everything. I just finished making this and it turned out amazing!!

  • This is a great video. Great choice of music, informative and clear instructions and the focus is all on the food. Cute review at the end also.

  • I love this soup, I love it soooooo much LOL. And thanks to your video I was able to make it over the weekend and it came out soooo delicious, just PERFECT. Thank you very much, I think it came out better than Olive Garden's soup and it was so easy. I didn't use the red pepper flakes, but I bought Hot Italian Sausage and the kick was just perfect. Thank you for this awesome video :)

  • It is a wonderful recipe!!! Make all of the time!!!

  • Great video!

  • Great video...I am going to make this for my family.

  • YUM!!!

I think I'll add the chicken broth to the baco/onion/ sausage pan instead of the other way around so as to keep more of the flavor in the soup. I absolutely love the zuppa toscana from the olive garden. THANK YOU SO MUCH for doing this video, I can't wait to make it and adorable little girl at the end:)

  • Gracias por la receta!!!!

  • I find it easier to fry the bacon than break it up into little pieces :)

  • Very nice video! Thanks for the illustration! :) Can't wait to make this!
