Nice playing, but very different from how it actually goes. In short, ride cymbal isn't that complicated at all, and the bass drum is faster. It's hard to hear on the original from 1983, but listen to the live version from 1993, it's much easier to hear it on that one.

@SubxBass He's probably got the setting to a light ride cymbal (At least his drum set seems like an electric one) I would suggest getting a light ride symbol at your local Guitar Center. They'll be able to suggest you a nice one.
