You just taught me how to play it ;) I tried to figure it out by ear, but it definitely didn't work with the vocal melody as well as you've got it. Your voice is very beautiful and I love how it matches the guitar, even the sad tone of this normally catchy and speedy song was a welcome change to other covers I've seen. I wish you had a better recorder of something because some of the sound quality was lost, probably because your mic picked up your voice a bit better than the guitar and it was kinda jumpy. In my opinion you did justice to a good song.

It's a cover. The point of a cover is to put your own spin and personality into the song. Many songs are sped up or slowed down in covers.
