Not a safe thing to do especially when throttling up the truck. I operated one of these trucks for several years and this is one thing that was never done in that manner. Using low throttle and the proper nozzle would have helped in what they were doing in this video. The way the hose was whipping was indeed very dangerous serious injury could have occurred especially if the nozzle would have hit the person holding the hose or the person with the camera.
