In the case of the major fight seen here, not completing the second cinematic action would also have dragged out the fight a TON longer, as it wouldn't have been put in a Break state.

@dirtyred90 She's female, any brain-dead idiot could tell the moogle's voice is female and the original Mog character was female. In FFIX Eiko best from is a white moogle named Mog. Mog doesn't talk until the very end, always saying 'Kupo' instead of talking.

In FFIX, Mog was also an Eidolon, which leads to interesting theories for this game.

@marinex1212 It's not unusual for voice actresses to play male roles. So we can dismiss that argument. And just because IX's 'white moogle named Mog' & XIII-2's Mog share the same name doesn't mean they're the same gender. XIII-2's dev. team has already labeled this Mog a boy.

@dirtyred90 Actually, the Final Fantasy series has a LOT of recurring characters and concepts. Cid, Chaos, Lindblum, airships - just to name a few. With the exception of Lindblum, they always follow the presets of the originals. Lindblum is constantly shifting, but its role is always the same - a base for the resistance. Everything about Mog in this is almost identical to the original, except she talks more in this. When she started saying 'Kupo' it was a dead giveaway.

With the role she plays in the story and her previous role in the series, it would be weird for her to be male. Even more so with how I'm referring to her as female here.

You can save anywhere anytime and autosave as soon as you press start I think.
