Just wondering, but are you sure this is 1993? Because the F40's got their ditch-lights after and during 1995. I've never seen them with ditch-lights before 1995.....
Thank you for posting all of this neat, slightly older material. There does not seem to be enough 80s/90s rail video on YouTube. It's nice to see the Ford Fast screaming by, evening without MILW locomotives on the point. I guess it wasn't technically even a SOO train in 1993, at least not from a sales/ marketing standpoint. @bbuck1003 I believe that would be the remnants of the "XL Special" that Milw. used to run.What 's really strange now is the frame loads going north through Sturtevant.Those used to come from AOS/Tower Automotive.
Wow, this is 281 now, I remember when it was 425. It's counterpart was 424 and later 426.

@trinityct They were slow to phase them in at first,but I think units used out east got them first.But I am sure that the date is correct.
