@vergil898 lol, good interpretation, i always thought he was talking about boosts or something, and counting them, but I found out he's saying

"Penguin Yay 1"

and "Penguin Yay 2"

which are temporary holders for the voice lines he uses in game, since he wasnt finished when the North American release came out.

@MarioHumorLover in PAL and Japanese versions of the game, he has maxed out speed, acceleration, and handling, whereas in the US/Canada version, he isn't maxed out, I'm not sure what he has.

@turokkiller312 I wonder if Penta Penguin was supposed to have a bigger part in the game, other than just a hidden character, every other character is either racing for their planet or is a boss, only Fake Crash and Penta are completely vague. Weird.
