I remember as a kid they used to fly over the house in England from Lakenheath in Suffolk, such a fantastic aircraft (replaced with F15)

I agree melon2cool, Amberley and Ipswich in general just won't be the same without the F-111

Yep - I remember sitting in the Granstand at that meeting. It was that low that the people waiting to be winched down from the Bungee Rocket on the other side of the track were looking DOWN on it as it went past. o_O
